A wee shower gel would be nice

We stayed in one of the 2nd floor apartments accessed by the main street in Newcastle, well placed for walking around the town centre with free parking very close by. The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean with ample space for the 3 of us but could easily sleep 4. The bed and sofa-bed were both very comfortable with lovely fresh bed linen, the rooms were bright and welcoming with views of the Mourne Mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and modern. The bathroom was quite spacious with a fab shower and fresh towels. This was perfect for our stay and I would definitely stay here again. Note, there is access only by stairs however we had no issue with this. Would highly recommend.

Apt was as advertised and the location was great (but facing Main St, was not particularly quiet due to the traffic.)

Had no hot water the first evening. Got it lukewarm after 2 phone calls but no apology. The sofa wasn’t clean, there was a little rubbish in the bathroom bin (no bin liner), there was a kitchen cupboard with sugar spilled in it, and the soap/shampoo container in the shower was a big rust cage.
