NIapartments Coastal retreat with Mountain views

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean plus it had all the equipment we needed. Matt, our host, kept in touch to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The apartment has a great view of the sea, coast and mountains and it was really nice being able to sit out on the balcony (comfy chairs provided) to watch the view. You can also sit inside by the balcony door if it's not the best weather to sit outside and still have a nice view. The bed was very comfortable and even though there was only two of us, having two bathrooms was a real bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a choice of comfortable seats in the lounge. Parking in the underground car park was good too with a decent sized space for our car plus room to manoeuvre. The location is good too, just behind the main street. It's less than a minute's walk to get to town for shops, restaurants, etc. or a walk along the prom. We were mainly hiking in the hills and along the coast and there are lots of walks straight from the door. There are also buses to get to some of the walks if you don't fancy using the car or are doing a linear walk. Check out the Mourne Rambler Bus. We would certainly stay here again when visiting the area.

Location was great, good setup and easy to access parking

Sickeningly warm even with fan on in the bedroom, very uncomfortable. Recommended summer quilt or blanket.
