Xmas weekend break

The caravan was spotless and spacious. Staff were welcoming and its so easy to get into the town by walking along the river. 2nd time we have stayed and will book again.

Comfortable , warm good for Knaresborough , Harrogate etc

The area was brilliant , only Marks and Spencer for food but walkable .

The weather , unfortunately was dreadful but lodge nice and warm. Did not like the duvet cover, sorry, felt like a cheap poly cotton one, spoilt a good comfortable sleep ! Shower was lovely. Was great place for us. Parking was cramped as lodge opposite had large van and car but when not there it was fine

Excellent find near Knaresborough

The location was perfect, the accommodation well presented and the beds comfy with lovely dgyvets and linen. Parking next to the accommodation. Very pleased with this find.

The only negative if at all was small bed widths in 2nd bedroom.

Apart from that everything was fine .

The gas cooker was broke . We got food that should have taken 39 minutes in the oven and 1 hour and half later still wasn’t cooked or even warm . Food was wasted . We are regular visitors and disappointed this time .

Beautiful location

Beautiful location, spotless, well maintained. Staff lovely. Gorgeous cafe down by the lake & lovely walks close by into the town. Retail park 10 minutes walk away.

The double bed mattress was far too soft, resulting in a restless nights sleep but that was of course just our preference.

A lovely place!!

Fully kitted out for a self contained stay. Everything we needed was there (except the food of course). The caravan was so neat and clean we thought it was brand new!! Only a couple of minutes to town center and a McDonalds and M&S Food Hall just around the corner! A lovely, cared for park.

Not a negative, but our feeling would be that this unit is perfect for 2 adults. Two adults and one or two children would be doable. Four adults would be tight.

Toilet seat was unstable. Couldn't acccess WiFi with the password given. Instructions to heating would have been useful.
