Perfect get away

The van is in a great location on the park, and is clean, modern and spacious inside. The site itself is in a good spot for exploring further into Yorkshire. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning. Fab communication with the owners, too

Good location and lovely clean caravan

Good communication from the owners, clear instructions for arrival. Caravan was spacious, clean, and warm (April visit). We were visiting family in Boroughbridge and this was the perfect location. Close to shops nearby and not far for visiting York. We didn't use them, but there was a good selection of books and games. The wifi was good and we were able to log in to our Netflix and Prime tv on the TV in the living room. Beds were comfortable. We will look to visit again!

Honestly, everything went well for our visit. Others have mentioned the fridge door opening the wrong way, but that was not really an issue for us. The night light in the single bedroom didn't work, but again, this did not have any effect on our stay (the main light worked perfectly)

We could not be more happier from the beginning of the stay to departure, Margaret is the most helpful person anyone would need providing everything from start to finish, we were attending the Westmoreland Show and it was home from home Would definetly stay again be it buisness or pleasure

Warm friendly welcome at reception. Location of property excellent. Well appointed. Fixtures and fittings of a high standard.

Some information regarding the local area. There were some leaflets but maybe info on restaurants, bus timetables, places to visit etc. Side plates could be an addition to the crockery.

Very nice

The caravan was beautiful. Towels, bedding, hairdryer, milk, tea, sugar, coffee all provided. Much appreciated after the journey. Shop close by. Stunning location. Everything was great.

A ramp to the caravan instead of steps would give opportunity for customers with walking difficulties. My mother was supposed to come but wasn't well enough. I realised on arrival, she would not have managed the steps to the van.

Lovely clean caravan with everything you'd need. Fab site in a great location. Very attentive hosts. We had an issue with the TV and this was very prompted sorted the next day, excellent service, thank you

The pub/club was closed for refurbishment which we were unaware of, but the holiday home/site was lovely. The cafe onside served a fab breakfast!
