We stayed here for a convention in Harrogate and it was perfect for somewhere to sleep and eat breakfast. Reasonably comfortable, a good shower and very clean.
It was a warm day when we arrived so it was hot inside. This could have been improved by managing the solar gain with blackout blinds or external shutters etc. the temperature was ok at bedtime though.

I stayed for 3 nights, we went in to York and also went to the harrogate flower show. Great location to get to both.
There's a shopping park 5 mins away so everything you need is close by
The chalet was lovely, well maintained, clean tidy and comfortable. The grounds are lovely especially on a sunny evening.
The kitchen is well equipped with the basics.
The beds are comfortable.
The chalet heating is great, and is fantastic on the cold mornings.
Bathroom was clean and tidy, and the shower was lovely.
The seating area is comfortable with a bench dining area.
Hopefully I can book here again next year
The only thing that comes to mind is the reception opening times to book in. I arrived around 2000hrs the day we checked in but both days we were up and out by 0900hrs for the things we had planned. Reception doesn't open till 1000hrs and closes at 1600hrs so we missed booking in then too.
This would be the only thing we had an issue with. The chalet we can't fault at all.
