Beautiful van, everything you need, close to amenities & most importantly its wheelchair accessible

The bonus for me was there is no steps do the van like there always is at most caravan sites as my partner is in a wheelchair with was perfect should he had not been able to walk from car to van due to his condition. There was bedding, towels, washing soap for kitchen and even for the bathroom, there was a slow cooker as well, to which I had packed all the above bar bedding and towels (the welcome email few days before said this would be supplied). Easy to find and quaint lil area to stay very to close to Harrogate. Looking forward to coming up again next year.

Signage to point which way to drive up and down. The instructions on the email was a tad confusing and on the second day I had to pull into a caravan driveway as a car was coming down, a lovely gentleman walking his dog explained I was the one going the wrong way and explained I had to go around. Perhaps having a this way and/or no entry sign for that road would suffice as plenty of space to turn around there. Also perhaps a recheck upon cleaning as I threw a couple of tags out when we got in, not that's it's a problem to me but others may find it an issue.

The location was great for what we had planned. Also the property had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.

A lovely relaxing stay!

A lovely clean caravan in a beautiful location. Very well maintained site overall. We really enjoyed having a walk by the river and my daughters enjoyed having a paddle in it. Owners were in communication throughout the stay, asking if everything was okay and then explaining the checkout process. Handy to have some shops nearby. Didn't want to leave!

The only constructive feedback I have is it would have been nice to have bin bags provided, also the seating cushions around the table could do with being fixed down as they slide around and my little girl fell off.

No complaints at all - it was warm when we visited but fans were supplied. Oh and the can opener doesn’t work! That’s it - the place was great.

Wonderful and family friendly stay!

The property was clean and cosy. I really appreciated that there were towels and little items like hand soap, tea towel and toilet paper.

My only comment would be that it would be wonderful if there was a curtain on the front door to block out light when sleeping.

The caravan park was beautiful and peaceful. It was really easy to check in and the caravan was well equipped and very comfortable. The lido was a lovely place to relax.

Great lodge in an excellent location for exploring Yorkshire.

Excellent lodge on a lovely site close to Harrogate and Rudding Park where we were attending a wedding. The lodge was spotlessly clean, well equipped, bright, and airy. The lodge was also a good size, and the beds were really comfortable. The Harrogate chocolate was a lovely bonus, along with the essentials like toilet paper, washing up liquid and handsoap. There was a coop with a 10-minute walk and an Aldi within a 10-minute drive. Brilliant stay and we will definitely be staying again.

Everything was great. A couple of minor things would be a hook on the back of the ensuite to hang a hand towel and maybe an enclosed bin for the kitchen.

This is a great caravan for a holiday in Knarsborough, close to the Lido.

The Rustling Pines is a nice large caravan, in a good location on the site. It had everything supplied that you could possibly need for your stay with a lovely walk into the town. We all loved it especially my grandson. Would highly recommend.
