Very clean, very modern looking and deceptively spacious - the site itself is fantastic peaceful and will definitely return - great pub on site that has fabulous food, little shop and cafe which does an amazing cooked breakfast and also a laundry room on site xx beautiful view down by the river
Had a couple of issues with a couple of windows not opening properly but this is only a tiny “nit pick”

Very clean, well equipped caravan. Lovely quiet site, set in a beautiful location. Would highly recommend. Great communication from owners. Will definitely return

We stayed here for a convention in Harrogate and it was perfect for somewhere to sleep and eat breakfast. Reasonably comfortable, a good shower and very clean.
It was a warm day when we arrived so it was hot inside. This could have been improved by managing the solar gain with blackout blinds or external shutters etc. the temperature was ok at bedtime though.
