Lovely site, will come again

Location was great, although getting down the hill, {or rather up the hill, } to the café by the river was impossible for us two as we are both disabled and my husband couldn't manage without a lot of assistance. Really enjoyed our day in Knaresborough. Appart from the torrential rain that week end we had a great time and will probably come again

Found the TV a bit awkward, too many remotes Ha Ha!

Perfect location, excellent property.

Nook on the Nidd was in a brilliant location, the leisure park is a great spot with loads of amenities, a shop, gorgeous riverside cafe, and easy to get into town. The property was absolutely spotless, much larger than we were expecting, comfortable and had everything you might need. There were even some treats left for the kids and the adults which was a really nice touch. We have family in Knaresborough so will definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay. Would 100% come back again!

Beautiful caravan. Felt like a home away from home. Great location for spending time locally in Knaresborough and also fab for having little drives out to other places (I.e. Barnsley, Harrogate & Doncaster etc). Brilliant communication from host. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and also come back in the future ourselves.

A picture perfect holiday in a beautiful location in luxury accommodation.

Beautiful, clean, modern and comfortable mobile home. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is thought of and provided. Large fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glasses, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, hand soap, towels, hairdryer and much more all provided. Large wide screen smart tv with sky is a great luxury and WiFi is a free added bonus. Parking right outside the caravan and a lovely outside decked area with bistro table and chairs along with a picnic table and benches. The hosts are fantastic, right from booking they stay in touch. They go out of their way to ensure you have as much information for your stay as possible. They are available for any problems and get straight back to you. We couldn’t work out the heating, we texted the hosts and they replied immediately. They had us up and running in minutes. We loved everything about our 2 holidays at “Nook on the Nidd” and highly recommend it. The location is excellent. 3-5 minutes drive to the beautiful riverside in Knaersborough. The leisure park the holiday home is on is exceptionally clean, tidy and pretty. There is a beautiful riverside location on the site along with a lovely cafe having stunning views overlooking the river. We loved the accommodation and location so much when we went in February that we booked again as soon as we got home. We have just got back from the second holiday there and we were as happy as the first time.

The holiday experience was excellent, the owner was exceptionally helpful, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. High standard throughout, with welcome pack. Would highly recommend, and will return.

A great break thoroughly enjoyed

Lovely well kept site caravan easy to get to in a lovely spot.Paul gave great instructions with a little video to show exactly how to get to caravan. The caravan was great everything you need was there thank you for the welcome pack Paul . The area is beautiful iv never been to Knaresborough before but it won't be my last visit very easy walk into town centre either by roadway or the stunning Abbey Rd . I wish I'd have stayed longer but Paul's caravan was booked up thank you Paul for a lovely stay and will definitely be back in touch when i come back to the area

The nook was fab, very comfortable and clean. The site was great, little park and excellent acces to the river where we went out on the dinghy. We also ate on site one night and enjoyed the meal.

Location, close to the wee shop that does the most delicious bacon butties. Close to Retail park with an M,&S food hall. Lovely river walk. Clean, comfortable and cozy. Great correspondence with owners.

all very clean and welcoming, felt like a home away from home. all utilities provided and hosts went out of their way to make our stay special.

no faults of this place- other than the park being dog friendly so was often woken up by lots of barking.

Lovely accommodation in a quiet, friendly park near a nice riverside location

The accommodation was a large static caravan on the Lido Leisure Park. I was a little hesitant at first when booking as was not sure what to expect. The caravan was very nice, well furnished and spacious with a large smart TV running SkyQ and Disney. Kitchen area was fully fitted with gas hob and oven and all the cutlery, dishes, pans etc you may need. Bathroom was small but fully fitted with toilet sink and shower, accessible from th corridor and the main bedroom via separate doors. The Lido park was actually really nice. It was a lot more peaceful and quiet than I expected and the river ran alongside it offering a nice riverside woodland walk into Knaresborough.

The location was perfect for us, retail park across the road, for shopping, yet a very quiet location, So handy for visiting location of outstanding Beauty, and local Towns and villages, We had a marvellous break and would highly recommend Nook on The Nidd. It had every home comfort and was immaculately clean. The owners where very helpful and freindly. We hope to return very soon.

Lovely caravan in a good location with a friendly owner.

The location is great with a couple of different walks into Knaresborough which takes around 20 to 30 minutes. The river Nidd is only a few minutes away but does involve quite a steep hill. Free WiFi and Sky is a great feature.

The second bed room is really small and just fits 2 singles in. There's not a lot of work space in the kitchen either.

Overall we had a fantastic stay at Nook on the Nidd and I would and will definitely recommend.

The caravan was well laid out with pretty much everything you could need and very clean. The location was really handy for local amenities and also days out. We visited Knaresborogh, York, Harrogate and Redcar.

The Mattresses in the beds weren't very comfy I have to say, but I know that is subjective and my family is used to medium to firm beds. The caravan ones are soft sprung. My husband chose to sleep on the sofa banquet the last few nights. Gave me a bed all to myself on the plus side. 😂

A little gem in a beautiful Yorkshire town

I had high expectations of this property after reading the reviews of previous holiday makers and I was not disappointed. On arrival you can immediately see how clean and looked after this property is, and not only is everything there you need it is all of a high quality. The shower is a good size, the main bedroom is spacious, there’s a huge telly with lots of Sky style packages. The heating is brilliant which we needed on a February break it warms up really quickly and the whole place is toasty warm. There are so many lovely touches like a wonderful little welcome pack of goodies, books on local walks and games for the children. The location is great a 20 minute walk to the centre of Knaresborough. I will definitely be returning and have already recommended to my family and friends

An absolutely perfect stay and we can't wait to visit again!

Nook on the Nidd was a perfect first caravan holiday for our family. We loved everything about it, it was stylish and very clean and Paul has thought about everything you could possibly need to make the stay as homely as possible. The welcome pack was also a lovely touch.
