Absolutely fabulous place to stay in Prato!

Piccolo attico was fantastic. The accommodation is spacious, clean and so comfortable and stylish. There are 2 outside balconies with fabulous views over Prato. The bed is super comfortable, kitchen has everything you could want, bathroom is perfect. The location is great too, close to shops and transport options. Allesio is the most gracious host, always willing to help and went the extra mile to help me get to Florence with ease (I had large luggage) I wish I stayed longer as Piccolo Attico has been my best accommodation over the month in Italy! Thank you so much!!

New, modern and equipped with everything, recommend it

Such a beautiful apartment! Everything seemed brand new, very very clean, got everything you needed, very spacious and from the balcony beautiful views. Loooved the AC as we were here on a heatwave, a 20-25 minutes walking both to city center and the train station. We ate very good nearby so you have options close by. Also, found free parking space right in front of the building so very useful. Would recommend it especially if you have a car and want to visit Florence as there is very difficult to find parking, is a 20 min train ride so easy to get there. Definitely recommend it as it seemed a very good price for value!

Thoughtful Details and Cozy Comfort, but Beware of Bus Routes

Beautiful interior, cozy and comfortable stay The apartment has an excellent interior—very cozy and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches. For example, it’s located on the top floor, and while you can occasionally hear the elevator working, we found earplugs thoughtfully placed by the bed, so it wasn't a problem. It shows the host really pays attention to the details. Everything we needed was provided, and we felt very comfortable during our stay.

The location is decent, but be cautious with public transport. Buses don’t run late from the train station, so you might need to walk around 20 minutes. Also, avoid taking Bus 11 even if Google Maps suggests it—it often follows a completely different route and may end up on the opposite side of the city.

Mancano le appenderie per gli asciugamani c’è il termo arredo ma sarebbe meglio qualcosa vicino al lavandino e un altro ripiano in bagno per poggiare le cose

Eccellente soggiorno

Attico moderno e funzionale a Prato, locali e arredi nuovi, condizionatore, wifi, camera e bagno puliti e spaziosi. Letto molto comodo. Cucinotto con piano cottura, stoviglie, bollitore, e macchina del caffè, con cialde e tè a disposizione. In frigo erano presenti delle bottigliette d’acqua. Balcone spazioso e gradevole. Alessio e sua madre sono stati disponibili, gentili e proattivi, comunicazione semplice, ci hanno accolti all’orario stabilito. Sotto la struttura si trovano parcheggi gratuiti, ma bisogna fare attenzione alla pulizia delle strade (sabato mattina), altrimenti si può parcheggiare lungo viale della Repubblica. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo e migliore rispetto ad altre strutture di Prato. In circa 5 minuti di auto si raggiunge il centro. Consigliato!

Il soggiorno è stato eccellente, se devo trovare una pecca è che non ci sono bar nelle immediate vicinanze per la colazione (si trovano a circa 10 minuti a piedi). Per arrivare in centro a piedi ci vogliono circa 25 minuti, quindi è importante avere un’auto o informarsi sul trasporto pubblico.
