Gorgeous location, excellent views from the windows. Very spacious and clean. Value for money.
It was extremely hot and due to the low ceilings and absence of fans it was suffocating and was extremely difficult for us to sleep through the night. Could not even open the windows as all the nets (except 2) were torn so if we opened the windows the rooms got filled with flies. Fans are a must considering the summers are getting hotter by the day in Switzerland. Though the location is picturesque but you can’t reach there with luggage without a car or a taxi. We had to wait for almost an hour to get a taxi from grindelwald station. Also the entrance to the property is from the backside which was not evident while I made the bookings. I wish they had an entry from the front as well.

الهدوء وموقع السكن جميل جداً وقريب من كل شيء والمناظر الطبيعية وحجم المنزل مناسب لعائلة من ست أشخاص، أيضاً المطبخ مجهز بإمكانكم الطبخ فيه ويوجد سوبرماركت قريب من السكن مسافة مشي 7 دقائق
تعامل الشركة المؤجرة للسكن كان يوجد لدي مشكلة في شبكة النوافذ كانت مفتوحة من الأطراف مما أدى إلى دخول الحشرات، وتم طلب إصلاحها وأتى العامل للسكن ولم يتمكن من إصلاحها و طلب استبدالها بجديدة ولكن الشركة المؤجرة رفضت وقالت سيأخذ الموضوع وقت طويل ويجب أخذ موافقة من المالك للسكن. لم يكن هناك تعاون في تسجيل الخروج المتأخر. أيضاً وجدنا صعوبة في الوصول للسكن لأن اللوكيشن صحيح ولكن الباب اللي يدخل للسكن يقع في الخلف وليس في المقدمة ولم يوضح ذلك ضمن الإرشادات. المكتب حق الشركة المؤجرة يغلق الساعة 5م يفضل ان يتم الوصول قبل ذلك لأنه إذا واجهتوا مشكلة مايردون على رقم التواصل سواء مكالمة أو واتس اب
