Picturesque accommodations a short walk from the train station.

Location. Location. Location. The decor and style of home really made you feel like you were in Switzerland. The owners are fabulous and very inviting. Would highly recommend anyone traveling to Grindelwald.

The property was fabulous, but the payment method was a bit more challenging as the down payment has to be wired and the rest needs to be brought in Swiss currency. Due to our quick connection at the airport, we were unable to get Swiss francs, but the owners were very accommodating, despite us not having it in Swiss currency when we arrived. You are unable to exchange USD to Swiss francs in Grindelwald.

We had a wonderful stay at Guggerzyt in Switzerland. The property felt like a cozy home away from home, and the atmosphere was incredibly warm and welcoming. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the snow-capped mountains – it was truly magical to wake up to that every morning. Sylvia, the owner, is such a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to assist and make sure our stay was perfect. I also appreciated the peaceful surroundings and how well the house was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable for us was the pillows – they were a bit too soft for our liking. However, this is really just a personal preference, and it might be perfect for others.

Great place to stay in Grindelwald!

We stayed in apartment Eiger and loved our stay. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, including a great view. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Silvia was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The apartment is down a steep walkway and road, but there is a bus that comes by every 30-60 min which goes to the town and bus station if you want to avoid the hill. A Coop grocery store is right next to the bus stop and has great sandwiches and other options if you want to eat in a few nights.

Fab place with beautiful mountain views

Loved our stay here - what a fab little place with stunning mountain views and just a short walk (uphill) to the main town. Close proximity to lots of attractions. Host was really helpful and chatty - key was in the door with our name on the door which was a nice touch - free entry to local sports centre was also a plus. Would love to stay here again :)

I'll be really picky and say it would have been good to have a kettle - there is a coffee machine (which is great) but we had to boil water in a saucepan for tea. Appreciate this may be a Swiss thing and we were being a bit British with our need for tea!!

Exceptional

The apartment felt very warm and cozy. Nice place to return to after a day of exploration. Very close to the main street and the train station. Host is very nice and helpful. We were even able to have some laundry done.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für Familien!

Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, schöne und praktische Wohnung, toller Garten mit Platz zum Spielen für Kinder. Zentrale Lage gleich unterhalb des Zentrums. Dorf- und Skibus nur wenige Meter entfernt. Gute Ausstattung, es ist alles da von der Kaffeemaschine über Microwelle - bei Fragen oder Anliegen war dir äußerst hilfsbereite Gastgeber-Familie gerne für uns da. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und schon fast wie zu Hause!
