Highly recommend!
The apartment is clean, big, really comfortable with all the appliances necessary and the view to the Eiger mountain is breathtaking! We were travelling in 4 adults and 2 kids (1y & 6Y) The staffs are really kind, we arrived earlier and left the luggages in the storage room. We also add the breakfast for CHF15 per person, and it was good. Not many option, but honest. We also could buy the ski tickets at the reception desk. I love our experience and will definitely come back!

Not a pleasant stay at all.
I enjoyed the mountain view.
We arrived at 15:15 but the apartment was not yet ready, although I had notified the hotel in advance of my arrival time. The Receptionist was not friendly at all. The apartment is grossly overrated - it was cold, is worn out, very dark, the TV in one of the bedrooms did not work, the sewage from the bath did not work properly, the beds were not comfortable, the bedlinen were hard, not the comfort you could expect for CHF 550.00 per night.

Great place to stay
An extremely large and spacious apartment for our family of 4. Great views of the snow filled mountain right across from our extremely long balcony. This place was truly awesome. We can highly recommend it. It was about a 10 minutes walk uphill to the main street/railway station.
Everything was great. Only thing I could suggest is that a brighter light would have been great in the middle bathroom, but other than that, the accommodation and staff were fantastic

Wouldn’t wish to stay here again - very dim and old apartment
We stayed in the apartment which has 4 rooms. It was a very disappointing and terrible stay. The apartment is very dim and old - as compared to the photos advertised on Booking.com. The bed, pillow, towel were not clean and comfortable at all. The kitchen is also very small but well equipped. In addition, there is NO washing machine being provided in the apartment despite being advertised on Booking.com. It is only available at a cost in another floor. Marcel, the receptionist did admit the hotel made a mistake, and offered a small bottle of wine as compensation. When checking out, it was very disappointed that the hotel didn’t want to provide us with the shuttle service (10 CHF) as they only provide it if we are to go to the train station. As we need to transfer to another hotel, which is very close to the train station (~2 mins), they didn’t want to provide this service. While we understand this to some extent, it felt a bit harsh for us and not very hospitable, as the receptionist seems impatient to even help us phone the taxi which we ended up taking for 20 CHF.
Everything to be honest. The apartment is very poor in quality (I would suggest not to trust the photo advertised - they are heavily photoshopped). Overall, it was a very terrible stay for us that we are so happy to check out once our stay is over.

A very comfortable and a pleasant stay indeed !
Ideally located in a more peaceful location of the town, friendly, helpful and extremely responsive staff. Very clean and tidy. Not very far from the train station and a 100m away from the bus station. We had a very pleasant stay !! An amazing view of fairy tale Grindelwald!

Good choice to stay in Grindelwald
The Jungfrau Lodge is a fantastic choice for us especially looking for a spacious and home-like atmosphere. Its proximity to the center makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the spectacular view of Mount Eiger is simply breathtaking. It truly feels like a perfect retreat! The staff is helpful and suggest ways to explore Grindelwald. Our family is having a really good time here. I will choose to stay here again.
