Dilapidated and falsely listed
When problems did arise, the hosts were speedy to respond though the issues were fundemental and should have not happened.
The property was falsely advertised. The photos didn't realisticaly capture the truth or current status which was poor at best. The property is about to get torn down and clearly no effort had been made to keep it up to an acceptable standard.

Beautiful chalet, stunning views, great location and all worth the money.
The property is so lovely. The views are simply beautiful and the location is so quiet. The chalet was well equipped for all 7 of us and it had so much space. It was both traditional and modern. Very comfortable. The outdoor furniture was lovely and comfortable.

Chalet surrounded by mountain 🏔️
The chalet are awesome. Facility are completed, water heater, huge rooms, huge living hall and huge kitchen. We have some issue with the Water heater as it take time in refilling and reheat. Could be take 3-4 hours. Due to too late, we not able to make a shower and sleep directly. Room inner heater some function and some no functioning. But overall is good

A large chalet with excellent views, with some small things to be aware of
Chalet Weid is large with plenty of space for a group. The views were wonderful and the entire process was straightforward. The hosts were also very responsive and ready to address any issues.
We did not mind that the chalet was a bit older, however it is worth noting that the exterior could use some regular maintenance (broken fences, very large weeds, uncut grass), the chalet did not feel the most clean, and they did not have any paper towels in the kitchen or soap for showering (not a huge deal, as we just went to the store).

The house is very old and definitely needs some work to be done.I would not recommend if you want to have a quiet family
The one thing good about this Chalet is their location. Very nice view
Not family friendly, not wheelchair friendly The kitchen and the living room was downstairs and my nephew is in a wheelchair and he couldn’t come down the stairs. We did ask before renting the place. The beds were not really comfortable. The house is really old so you could hear every step someone made. Overal not so clean. The plates, pans everything was still oily.

Superb stay!
The holiday home is located in the middle of urban and city area, which is nice. It is one bus ride (5mins) away from city center. The outskirt of city centre offers jaw dropping view of Grindelwald, especially sunset and night skies. The place house itself is old and some part of it is dirty (spider webs etc) but overall cleanliness and tidy is within acceptable range. The house can easily sleep 12 guests, spacious common area, kitchen has everything we need and the host is super responsive. Would definitely recommend and come again.
The walking distance to the house from terminal... Guys, trust the comments, the slope is not walkable with luggage at hand. Jesus christ.

Nice spacious house in a good location but in need of an update.
The location was very good and quiet. Very spacious home with a large garage. There was a nearby bus stop and could walk to town. The beds were comfortable.
The house is lovely with a nice view but it is need of a major update. The kitchen and appliances are very old. We stayed in the summer and the upstairs rooms for the children were extremely hot and difficult to sleep in.
