Location was amazing with the view. Grindelwald has a really cool vibe. Avocado bar in town was our favourite.

Ceiling height is very low which is understandable fora 200 year old building but not sure we were aware. Didn't ruin the holiday but a couple of bumped heads. No locks on toilet or bathroom doors. Outside light didn't work.

Beautiful place, most stunning views. Really cute interior. Amazingly comfortable beds, crisp clean bed linens and curtains. It was our last stop before leaving Switzerland kids and I felt like we had a fun/cute Swiss experience by staying here. Ceilings were not a problem at all for us average height people. They are not as low it seemed from comments. It’s a cute place to stay with family if you have 5 or 6 people. Of all the places we stayed during our trip this place had the most friendly staff.

Not a deal breaker due to all the other positives but the toilet and bath are separate, and no sink next to toilet. kids just went to the bath area then to wash hands . We know it’s probably due to the historic nature of the building . It was not a big issue given everything that we did like about the place
