The cosy Chalet Gletscherfloh is the ideal starting point for all your holiday activities, be it hiking in summer or skiing in winter:
Back from your excursions relax in the beautiful garden towards the sunset and in the evening make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace in the cozy 4-bedroom house (where only you live). Whether you are preparing a delicious dinner in the comfortable kitchen, simply putting your feet up or watching an exciting DVD, you will feel safe and look back on a beautiful day.
If you are our guest in winter, you can reach the mountain railways in just a few minutes to the ski paradise of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau with its snow-sure (50% snow-covered slopes), kilometer-long powder snow runs and winter hiking trails. All sports and leisure facilities as well as shopping, restaurants and night life are in the immediate vicinity of the chalet. Garage and parking for free at the house.

The chalet is everything you could wish for. The views of the Eiger and the surrounding countryside are breathtaking. The chalet was fully equipped, very clean and is situated in easy walking distance of restaurants, Grindelwald and Grund. We have been to Grindelwald many times and would thoroughly recommend staying at this lovely chalet. The wine and bar of swiss chocolate was a lively surprise. Will definitely book again.

A beautiful house in a fantastic location

We had a wonderful holiday here. We travelled as a family of four with two young boys. The house is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. There is everything that you could ever need. All equipment is very easy to find and in excellent condition. The house is actually a lot nicer and more stylish than it appears in the photos. You feel that you are staying in a traditional Swiss wooden chalet. The garden is beautiful and the views sitting on the patio are simply stunning. We spent most evenings sitting outside with a nice glass of wine and never getting bored of the views! The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood which was very friendly and safe. It is 3 minutes walk to Grindelwald Grund station and 10 minutes walk to the main Grindelwald station. We found it very easy to spend a week here without a car. The owners are very helpful, efficient, friendly and kind. They met us to show us around the house and phoned once in the week to make sure everything was ok. All communication with them has been clear and prompt. I would highly recommend this holiday house. You will have a fantastic time here.

Atmosphärisches Chalet in bester, unverbauter Blicklage in die Bergwelt mit einer Ausstattung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Station Grund (5min), das Terminal (5min), Freibad (2min) sowie Bushaltestellen (2min) fußläufig innerhalb kürzester Zeit erreichbar. Als Vielreiser besonders erwähnenswert: hervorragende Betreuung durch die Vermieter.

Wir waren überrascht und erfreut über Lage und Ausstattung des Ferienhauses. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen - perekt! Von der Liegewiese und dem Eßbereich hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Eiger-Nordwand und man ist durch die Bepflanzung mit Sträuchern geschützt vor den Blicken der Nachbarn links und rechts. Die Begrüßung und die Erklärungen durch den Herrn des Liegenschaftsdienstes waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Marcel hat sich auch in der Woche nach unseren Eindrücken und und unserer Zufriedenheit mit dem Haus erkundigt. Es war also für uns der bisherige beste Ferienaufenthalt in der Schweiz.

Als Familie mit vier Kindern und Hund haben wir uns in dem super ausgestatteten Haus mit Eigerblick sehr wohl gefühlt. Toll fanden wir das Käsefondue und das Raclette. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ski-Woche im Chalet Gletscherfloh in Grindelwald verbracht. Freundlicher Empfang am Samstag durch den Besitzer, Herr Inäbnit. Das Chalet ist sehr heimelig, gemütlich und bestens geeignet für 6 Personen. Die Terrasse mit prächtiger Aussicht lädt zu jeder Jahreszeit zum Verweilen ein. Die Einrichtung ist schön und zweckmässig und wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Das Chalet ist mit allem, was man braucht, ausgestattet - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Chalet ist ideal gelegen. Bahnen, Bus sowie das Dorfzentrum sind problemlos in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Sicher auch ideal für Wanderferien. Wir würden gerne unsere Sportwoche wieder hier verbringen.

Haus in bester 1a Lage

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem hervorragendem Chalet verbracht. Zu der Lage kann man nur sagen 1a. Es liegt in Grund , als unterhalb der Ortsdurchgangsstrasse und damit sehr ruhig. Zum Ortskern geht man ca. 10 min , kann aber auch mit der Bahn fahren, da der Bahnhof Grund bergab in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Damit hat man auch eine ideale Ausgangsposition zum wandern. Auch die Männlichenbahn ist nur knappe 5 min entfernt. Man braucht das Auto hier im Ort wirklich nicht. Das Haus selber ist sehr schön und mit allem erdenklichen eingerichtet. Die Küche ist Super ausgestattet mit allem was man sich vorstellen kann. Es gibt Spiele, Blocks, Stifte, Bücher , CDs .... Als wäre man zu Hause. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, die 3 Schlafzimmer geräumig. Unten gibt es einen großen Esstisch für 6 Personen. Der Garten ist riesig und man hat einen unverbauten Blick auf den Eiger und den Männlichen. Schaut man aus dem Küchenfenster sieht man auf die Firstregion. Der Garten ist mit Liegen, Stühlen etc ausgestattet. Also wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ruhe pur, idealer Ausgangsort zum Wandern / Skifahrern , sehr nette Vermieter die jederzeit erreichbar sind.
