clean stay with good view

we spent a good 20 mins trying to find the property and understand the direction given by the office

the place would be totally perfect if only they had better customer service

overall, the place was great. amazing view and very spacious for us all. it had a complete kitchen and other equipments were available as well.

the staff weren’t nice. the check in and check out is located in a different area from the apartment itself which makes it inconvenient for people who have luggages because we have to take another transportation to the place. the day before the check out, the receptionist said that we have to strictly check out at 10 but we can return the key to the check out office (which was again in a different place) at a later time. so on the day of the check out, we left at 10am but stayed a hour in the area to take pictures so we dont have to travel back and forth with our luggages anymore. but when i arrived at the check out counter at 11:15 they wanted me to pay CHF50 because we returned the key late. i explained that the receptionist said we could return the key later. they ended not making us pay but they treated us very rudely.

Very good

Exactly what I imagined. Clean and well maintained furniture. Fantastic view of the north face of Aiger. Location of the accommodation 5mins walking distance from Grindelwald terminal station.

The thing we have to the office at Grindelwald main station for check in and out. It was way more inconvenient to go to main station because we were traveling with trains (not a rental car). We had to take either train or bus which run almost every 30mins. It took quite some time to check in and out.

Nice apt. but the price was too high

The apt. was spacious, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The view is amazing. The location was ok, a 15 min walk uphill to the center and the bus comes once an hour. There are 2 bathrooms+toilets which was good, the beds were comfortable.

1. There wasn't enough toilet paper and we had to buy some. 2. They said they give you shampoo and body soap but the quantities were 4 small bottles for 5 people for 5 nights, seriously!?! 3. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. 4. They asked to empty the trash but there was no indication where to empty the trash to and we had to ask around and look for the dumpsters which are not close. They also gave us only 2 trash bags for 5 nights! 5. The directions to the property were confusing and unclear and we ended up driving around for 20 min till we found it.

Fab holiday but just a little too far out of town for us. But very handy for cable car

The apartment was lovely and a five min walk to the gondola or cable car up the mountain. However if you want to get into town it’s a good 25mm uphill walk to the main street in grinderwald. Also train station opposite appartement start at 0630 or 0700 each morning and wake you up.

Good

Clean and has its own garage, amenities were good, kitchen appliances were good too, bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The lady is in office and while check-out is helpful and kind person.

Check-out process was a bit strange for me, having someone in the apartment checking the entire place while we are there and follow us to the garage and waited until we left the building was a bit uncomfortable situation. The trash bin is located far outside the building which was strange too to be that far!

posizione ottima per recarsi sulle piste da sci presso la stazione Grindelwald Gruind eil Terminal. fermata bus per Grindelwald centro poco distante da appartamento bella vista sulle montahne. grande balcone a disposizione. ottima pulizia. servizio reception molto disponibile per chi viene per la prima volta deve informarsi sulla posizione dell'appartmaneto e del'amministrazione (GRIWA)
