Almis Sunna

This place is a must stay! The day we arrived, we met the lovely old couple who owns this property but doesn't live there any longer. They were really sweet and kind enough to let us keep our luggage since we arrived early. Everything was just perfect about this beautiful apartment. It's overlooking the majestic mountains. The flat was a great size for us ( family of 3).I am sure it can fit more though. We loved the back garden and the outdoors seating ... We used to look forward to coming back from our day excursions and having our dinner there every evening. My 3 yr old son loved playing in the back garden with sparrows and bugs. The location is perfect, it's just 12-15 mins walk from the Grindelwald station. The First gondola is literally a 2 minute walk. We also took a stroll around to go near the stream, it's a must do. We are definitely coming back and will highly recommend this place to our family and friends. Thank you

I would like to recommend a few things to make the experience even better. -better and prompt communication( the person managing lives in Canada so don't expect a reply immediately) -first aid kit -a portable fan as it was extremely hot during our stay -a hair dryer if possible

It's located in a wonderful location. We are waking up to a wonderful view. We felt like that we are living in a local swiss house

I am wondered how this property got outstanding rating? Nothing for that except location. It's not clean enough. Toilet is not good. Very old setups. And there's no enough tissues. No toiletries. Before reaching, I send message to host regarding our parking. But didn't get any reply After reaching there, felt too difficult to find parking and find our room. Nobody responded to messages and calls. Finally, One neighbour helped us to find the room

Amazing view of the Alps from the property! The location is right in the center but of the town, in walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Very pretty house, that was immaculately clean. The host was very friendly and communicative. We really appreciated the welcome card he left us ☺️
