Comfortable and convenient place to stay in Grindelwald

The location of the apartment is really close to the train station. We were able to pull our luggages (no stairs) and it took about 5-10min to reach. It is at the start of the main street and COOP supermarket is just 5min away. There is a small park right next to it, perfect if you have children with you! There is an office in the building but you have to take note of their operating hours. The staff there were friendly, approachable and they responded quickly to enquiries via booking platform/email. Luggage storage was available too! The apartment is accessible via lift. The room is spacious, clean, well-lit and comfortable. Everything works well. Full kitchenette is provided (they even have baking essentials, though we didn't use). The bathroom water heater and power were strong and there were two sinks available.

Bathroom: You have to stand on the bathtub to shower and it can be slippery when coming out. Have to be careful especially when travelling with elderly. There were several issues with the bathroom (One of the sink drain hole was spoilt) but none critical. We reported to the staff and they offered to have a technician come down if this bothers us. Great service! Toiletries: Bring your own body wash and shampoo as only a small set was provided. Toothbrushes and toothpastes are also not provided.

With windows/doors open the street noise is pretty loud if you are sensitive to that but with them closed you can’t hear anything. Wasn’t an issue for us but may be for others.

great place to stay, just a few steps from sportcentre, bus, train and shops and as such good base for mountain trips. j

very extensive kitchen supply, not just enough glasses, forks etc but plenty including good knives and scissors. nice bathroom, great location.

the couch and chairs in front of the tv are quite uncomfortable. its difficult to relax in them. That is a pity after a day of skiing. would have appreciated a slightly larger frying pan.

Staff was helpful, the location is very good. The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable.

1. When i booked this apartment (2 months ago), the price showed in Booking.com was CHF 400 (2 nights for 2 bedrooms). There was no note (even in a small letter) mentioned that i also have to pay Service fee for another CHF 420. Price misleading information. 2. Check-in time is too short (on the day that i arrived) was 14.00-16.00.

가성비는 아쉽지만 위치는.최고입니다..

위치가 너무 좋아요.. 기차역, 쿱마트, 버스정류장 다 인접해 있습니다.. 2층에 위해 있고 1층에 체크인 사무실이 있어서 늦은 체크인도 가능했습니다..

1년전에 예약했는데도 불구하고 가격이 너무 비싸요.. 1박에 70만원이 넘네요.. ㅠㅠ 그리고 길 쪽으로 테라스기 있어서 뷰는 많이 아쉽습니다..
