A good sized 3 story building, perfect for families of 6 adults + 4 kids

Perfect location, close to the Grindelwald Terminal - with line 123 stopping just outside the house.

Overall conditions looks good on pictures, but seems somewhat worn and tired in reality.

We had a wonderful stay

It is in a cozy location, the views are incredible and easy accessible to public transport, host is very helpfully responds in no time for any queries, kitchen is well equipped

It was nice and comfortable

Chalet d is a pleasant stay for a big group. Would recommend But there is room for improvement. Some appliances /plates /cups are cracked and chipped. Would have appreciated they provided more plastics for garbage and kitchen towel. But overall pleasant stay Loved it

dirty accommodation with bad service for too high price

the location from walking distance to the station and the v-bahn

upon arrival it was clear that the accommodation was not properly cleaned and waste of previous guests was still underneath the dustbin. closets were messy with stuff dumped in and doors closed to hide the mess. a pillow of one of the beds was missing, an old Christmas tree was dumped in the garden, vacuum cleaner was incomplete and in the kitchen the cutlery and glasses were not sufficient for the amount of guests te be accommodated in the house. in one of the bathrooms the water did not drain properly and in another bathroom the shower door was broken. when being in contact with the owner, answers were short and often no reaction followed at all. housekeeping came over but because we were not made aware and we were skiing, we did not see the person. for the high price that is requested for this accommodation we have had much more comfort in other accommodations in the past years in grindelwald, we come there for decades. this accommodation would not be a place we would advice people to go to unless the service level and quality of housekeeping would improve drastically instead of raising the price as is being already done for next year….

We had a fabulous time in Grindewald. With a little attention to detail, we would happily return to this rental

perfect location. great kitchen and terrific size for our large family,

the house was tired and grubby and the vacuum didn’t have any attachments. lack of instructions for using appliances which was frustrating. furniture could use a refresh

nice an large. close to the lifts and train

lots of things in the bathrooms needed sorting water in bath was too slow. same with sinks need sorting. every time you move in bath or shower you bang yourself on taps or shower controls. oven in kitchen could not get to work. had to use other stuff an even they were hard to figure out how to use apart from that was ok

Large villa with modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Great garden with lots of privacy. Easy self check-in and check-out. Great location with lots of activities and great day trips in the area.

Pool table needs to be repaired or replaced, it's not useable in this state. Not much basic information available upon arrival (how you should collect waste, what the check-out procedure is, contact information in case of emergency, etc.).

1. 民宿离火车站、缆车站、梦幻山坡都很近，步行几分钟就能到达。本来想住在梦幻山坡对面山上的民宿，人多，山上民宿满足不了9个人的房间，其实住山坡下面也很好，出门到处都是梦幻山坡，还有日照金山，来因特拉肯地区住格林德瓦就对了。 2. 上下三层，空间大，带有一个小院子，可以看到雪山，有基础的厨房开火用具。床品看的出是新换的，床单不算很白，但还算干净，整栋房的卫生做的不错。 3. 沟通回复及时，取钥匙方便。退房要把付税的现金放在桌子上。

1. 有三个卫生间可以洗澡，但要分批，中间要间隔1小时左右水才热，第一天不知道，最后洗的二个人都是洗的冷水澡。淋浴房1.80米的人转身困难，有一个淋浴房门是坏的，临时装了塑料帘，洗完外面地上都是水，还有一个卫生间马桶是坏的，贴了一张纸告知我们不能用。 2. 没有提供足够4天的垃圾袋（只提供了2个垃圾袋），贴在墙上的告知书告诉我们要自己去超市买规定的垃圾袋，又买了二个垃圾袋，虽然只有3.8CHF，房东不够大气。垃圾按规定退房时不能留在屋里，要扔到外面的垃圾桶里。

與8位友人同住這裡四天。非常的愉快

地點方便，環境非常舒適，門外即是超美的格林德瓦的小鎮風情，有五間房間，共八人使用，非常ok 有一個超級大的廚房，可以多人一起用餐的超大餐桌，舒適的客廳，及小陽台小庭院，可隨時坐著喝杯咖啡等，都很不錯

洗澡的水流過慢，比較不方便其中一間的廁所馬桶沒有馬桶坐，僅男士可以使用超不方便，應該將馬桶坐修理好裝好，

la casa es amplia, habitacions grans, llits bastant comodes. el jardí permet fer estades i apats fora té aparcament a la casa però també fora al carrer és molt fàcil proximitat a tren i teleferic que permet anar a peu gairebé a tot arreu tot i no ser al centre del poble
