Much far over my expectation

The room was in reality luxurious small flat inside of block of flats with free parking.

The accommodation is quite far for a walk to city centre. I propose to use the train or to go by car and park close to elevator to Rocca Paolina

Very Nice Modern Apartment

I'd usually give such a nice apartment in a good location at rating of 10/10. However because of the difficulty I had locating and entering the apartment, I really couldn't give such a rating in this case, despite everything else about the apartment being perfect for my needs. The apartment is on the first floor of a large apartment building, of which there are 4 on this large site. Finding the site is easy via Google Maps, but locating building 5 is very difficult due to the lack of signage. I had to ask a local resident, and she was not sure which building was number 5. So it's essential to get the check in instructions BEFORE arrival.

The problem was, that despite my requests by WhatsApp, text message and email, the host failed to provide me with any information on how to locate and enter the property. It was only after I arrived at the locked front door of the apartment building that I resorted to phoning the host, who then sent me the entry instructions by WhatsApp. They were in fact very comprehensive, and if I'd have received this information prior to arrival, check in would have been a breeze.

Ambiente bello e accogliente, molto ordinato con tutti i confort per un breve soggiorno, vicino a vari servizi pubblici e supermercati.

Unica pecca dei 3gg (2notti), il letto bello a vedersi, ma scomodo non malvagio, però nel prolungarsi del soggiorno poco piacevole.

Exatamente igual a foto, muito próximo da estação de trem e minimetro o que facilitou nossas viagens na região e nos permitiu acesso com facilidade ao centro histórico de Perugia. O apartamento oferece todas as comodidades que vc precisa.

...il forno a microonde sospeso e la maxi smartTV

...la mancanza di una macchina per il caffè con cialde! Per la stagione estiva suggerirei, almeno, un climatizzatore e ...soltanto per solidarietà nei riguardi di Riccardo, data l'eleganza della struttura, non avrei permesso agli operai di lasciare la parete in alto la cucina componibile in uno stato, definirei, abbastanza grezzo!

Soggiorno perfetto: l'appartamento è spazioso, dotato di tutti i comfort, letto comodo, pulizie impeccabili, parcheggio privato, posizione perfetta, in un contesto silenzioso ma vicinissimo alla stazione e alla minimetro. Perfetto per visitare Perugia. Un grazie speciale all'host e alla sua disponibilità e gentilezza.
