The absolutely stunning Lake Como view

A beautiful property with magnificent views. The apartment was comfortable and charming with ample cooking supplies, washing machine and comfortable bedding for our large (6 person) family. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We were so pleased we wanted to stay another night 😃

Driving through the narrow streets around Lake Como in our large van, otherwise the location was beautiful!

Property well stocked with everything except air conditioning. Nice view from balcony, however there were loads of bugs. Owner arranged for transport.

Property was incredibly hot. We entered at 7:30 pm in the evening and couldnt find the fans nor did we know of their existence until very late. The three fans were in a dark room with poor lighting on the first floor and we only saw them when we went to sleep. Even with the fans we couldn't sleep. Kept the windows open, but house only cooled down around 3 Am. Loads of bugs, also didn't feel secure having to sleep keeping the large windows open. The house manual could not be accessed with the online link and was said to have been deleted. Registration process was time consuming and on the day of the stay, got message saying hope you had a lovely stay, please put back the keys where you found them. Had me quite worried thinking I had messed up with the dates and might end up with no place to stay. Msg to owner resolved this but frantic time waiting for confirmation as it took quite some time. There is no mini market on site as mentioned in booking.com. It is an erroneous description. As we had no food on us, we were only able to eat breakfast at 11 Am. Luckily we had some dinner before we came to the property. WiFi was very patchy. Property out of the way if you don't have your own car. Again becomes crucial for access to dinner/breakfast. Please note that while property has an external lift, all bedrooms are on the first floor which you have to climb by stairs. Stairs have a railing on one side but open on the other, so not ideal for young kids, old people etc who may be prone to falls.
