Location not too bad, had parking and running hot water. Living room was spacious. Can appreciate how nice the flat probably once was, but maintenance is letting it down! Owner has been thoughtful of things we might need during stay, flat was well equipped.

Very dirty floors, exceptional amount of hair/fluff/dirt! This was totally unacceptable. Sofa beds also had a lot of crumbs/dirt/food etc down the sides, also while the bedding smelled fresh, some of the pillow cases had stains that did not look pleasant. A lot of things broken… smashed/broken TV in bedroom needs to be removed. Toilet roll holder and hook in bathroom missing/need replaced. The dining table coating is very sticky and does not clean well. Toilet got blocked after first use. Waste soil pipe outside front door leaking leaving smells. Noisy if you leave bedroom window open as the inverter fan runs on and off all night. All food smells come into flat from takeaway below so may be good to mention it’s above a takeaway (takeaway is good though!).
