Very good location, quiet neighborhood, patio and lawnspace (albeit there was a construction site next door), nice living area and kitchen, good bedroom. By public transport well connected to UBC, downtown etc.
The space was booked for one person, including kitchen and living space, with shared bathroom. When I arrived, I noticed that there was a second bedroom (locked), and asked if another person would be checking in. The staff wasn't able t o tell, and indeed the fifth night they rushed in and prepared the second bedroom for another booking for a person who'd arrive late at night. This was rather disturbing, since I had to hide out in my bedroom overnight, and wasn't able to use the kitchen and living space. - This apartment best be booked by two colleagues, friends, or family members, who'd have two bedrooms and would share kitchen/living area and bathroom. - And we'd recommend to advertise it as such.

The location was perfect
Better towels for the kichen proper tea towels the kichen towels looked like rags used for cleaning. the towels provided were dirty wet and used when we arrived. Also the sponge provided was well used should be replaced after each guest . It needs,a can opener, kirug or coffee maker .

Location was good and clean toilet and kitchen. New washing machine with drier.
Bed not comfortable, no AC and place was underground.
