A lovely flat in a great location. The host met us from the boat and walked us to the flat, which was hugely helpful. Check in was easy, the location quiet but only a few mins walk to main areas. Clean and well kept, comfy beds. Definitely would recommend this flat.
The only thing I was less comfortable with was the lift straight into the flat. It works on a code and if someone got hold of the code they could in essence enter the flat. There’s also stairs and front door.

It was clean and roomy. Great location.
I would have liked some coffee. We had the machine but no coffee. We had issues with mosquitoes in the room,but that could just be Venice.

Super Lage: Zentraler Platz, Anlegestelle, Bars + Cafés in 3-5 Minuten erreichbar Unterkunft: sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber, geräumig, alles "was man so braucht" war vorhanden Kommunikation: professionell und freundlich Erkennbar/spürbar weniger touristisch im Vergleich z.B. zu Markusplatz + Umgebung, Rialto-Brücke, ....
Kleiner konstruktiver Kritikpunkt: Appartement ist komplett mit AC ausgestattet, diese konnte jedoch "aufgrund der Jahreszeit" (April?!) auch nach Rücksprache nicht aktiviert / genutzt werden. Vielleicht passt man "dies" - im Sinne aller nachfolgenden Gäste - nachträglich noch an ;-) Sonst, wie gesagt, alles positiv + zufriedenstellend. Im Ergebnis gute 9 Punkte :-)
