About this house rental
House with private entrance, on two floors. It's 110 square meters, on the first floor there're: two bedrooms, one double with a large wardrobe, one twin bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with shower. On the second floor a large living room with terrace of 10 square meters,which is well suited to breakfast outside, under a vine-covered pergola. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine.

I stayed in Venice for 2 weeks, part of the time with adult friends and part with family including a 10 year old. Everyone loved and enjoyed the location and the apartment, including the beautiful balcony shaded by the arms and leaves of a 100 year old grape vine growing up from the property next door. There is one flight of stairs from the front door to the floor with the bedrooms and another flight to the living room, kitchen and balcony We had three to four people living there at a time and having one bathroom was no problem. The location was handy for all of Venice and the vaporetto stop was only a few doors away from the apartment. Late at night it was only a very short walk from either the S. Angelo or Accademia vaporetta stops. The apartment is stocked with umbrellas and carts to pull groceries back from shopping, coffee, detergent for the washing machine and such. Our host could not have been more helpful, particularly quickly answering various questions before we arrived. We highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

We stayed here with our family and the host was fantastic and very helpful. The location was great - close to everything but far enough that it was quiet. The place is nicer than the images!

Host met us at the airport boat shuttle and walked us to the apartment, then was extremely helpful showing us around the place as well as provided a map with various things around Venice. Apartment was very clean, great location and had everything we needed.
