With entrance from the private garden of 15th century Palazzo Falier and its private water taxi jetty, Canaletto Falier - with view on the private garden of Palazzo Falier and the canal Rio del Duca - has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, a comfortable and fully furnished living room with satellite TV and internet ADSL and a fully equipped modern kitchen consolle. Canaletto Falier is finely decorated with Venetian “marmorino' and 'stucchi”, with original '1930' Venini” lamps all aver the apartment and italian marble new bathrooms. A quiet, and very elegant place in the most prestigious Venice district. On the day of your arrival and departure you can get into the apartment trough the prestigious entrance of Palazzo Falier on the Grand Canal.

Beautiful property in a great location; central to everything you might need and all the important locations to visit. We would stay here again anytime! Our host, Orial, met us from our private water taxi and showed us to the apartment. Orial was easy to reach and responded right away! We would definitely recommend this apartment.

This apartment was perfect! The location is great, close enough to walk to everything but in a quiet area. The 2 bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were a good size, much bigger than some of the places we stayed during our Italy trip. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Perfect for visiting main sites. San Marco & Rialto within 10-15 min walk. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Apartment manager was really helpful & communicative. It was a little noisy in the early morning as there is a school opposite& outside space is lovely but guests may only have a quiet drink out there so it’s a little bit limiting. Overall would definitely recommend though.

We were 2 couples from Canada. The accommodation was perfect for couples since the bedrooms/bathrooms are located at each end with kitchen/living in the middle. Orial was our contact and communication with him was easy and his replies were prompt. The location was central with a 10-12 minute walk to St Marks.

This apartment was perfect for out 3 day trip to Venice - really well placed just by Accademia Bridge, within easy walking distance of major attractions like St Marks Square and The Peggy Guggenhiem Collection. It was clean very well serviced, perfect little kitchenette with modern appliances and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Well designed and comfortable stay for up to 4 adults (2 x double rooms both with ensuite). Clean linen, excellent host!

We have stayed in this area and building before, but what made us decide to stay here was access to the private dock. It is important to note that if your entire party is not arriving on the same flight, only the 1st people will be greeted at and have access to the dock. This was frustrating since we had a flight delay and my parents (in their 70s) were not able to utilize the dock upon their arrival....The unit is as pictured and the heat and ac work extremely well. We stayed nearly 2 weeks and although there is closet space and shelves, there is not a dresser. During our stay, we had one change of towels/cleaning service. The garden is beautiful and as someone else mentioned the lights do come through the drapes so keep that in mind if you are sensitive to light in the evenings. We had a problem with the toilet flushing and upon contacting the host it was attended to very quickly. Overall a great stay

The apartment and garden are fully as lovely as the photos. An employee of the management company told us how to take a Vaporetto to the nearest dock to the apartment, then met us to guide us through the charming, narrow streets to the apartment. The apartment is in the heart of Venice, near all the sights, and is just the right combination of convenience and medieval charm.

We enjoyed this lovely and spacious apartment very much. The interior design and amenities were wonderful. The location close to the Accademia and San Samuele vaporetto stops and the Campo Santo Stefano was perfect. Friendly and responsive host and property manager made this choice truly excellent. They also helped to arrange a private water taxi to Marco Polo airport on the morning of our departure.

Two women traveling together. Entry through a charming garden and only one flight of stairs up. The two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, are at opposite ends of the apartment, separated by the living room. Perfect. Pull down screens on the windows are a BIG plus. We could keep the windows open without a mosquito invasion. When the WiFi suddenly stopped working the landlord took care of it immediately with a new router. We would absolutely stay there again.

The listing phone number was incorrect and caused some confusion. Additionally, the owner had apparently forgotten to tell his property manager that we were coming. Luckily, the property manager was on site as we approached and made the check in process smoother than it otherwise might have been.

We had a fantastic stay. Apartment is lovely, clean and comfortable. Wonderful restaurants in nearby square and close to everything. AC works very well, washer works well too. Apartment is quiet and courtyard is lovely. It’s very convenient getting from airport in water taxi directly to the private dock, so don’t have to carry luggage over bridges and long pathways. The only caveat that I didn’t see communicated is that you can’t use the private dock again when leaving, at least we were not able to. The substitute is a public dock only 3 minutes away, but it does have one small bridge to cross w luggage, but it was Very close and quick to get to. This was a great apartment, highly recommend, and would rent it again!

First, thank you to our host, perfect Italian gentleman. The apartment is just steps away from the Academia bridge on the quiet San Marco side. Immaculately clean, lovely garden. We enjoyed wandering the neighborhood and grabbing sandwich to eat at “home!” In 4 visits to Venice over the years certainly my favorite stay.

We had a great stay at the flat. We didn't meat the landlord, but he organised the perfect welcome and a pick-up from the boat stop (coming from the airport). This made arriving a smooth experience. The flat was a great base from which to explore Venice. It was very quiet at night, so we always got a good rest when we were tired. There wasn't really any negative points to mention, except maybe that the internet bandwidth sometimes went down too low to watch IP-based TV on our Fire-TV stick. It's great flat and we would come back to stay there anytime.

Fabulous location, a short walk from all of the main attractions and an even shorter walk to some fabulous restaurants. The apartment is small but perfectly formed and kitted out with everything you would require for a short city break. A very minor negative, if you're used to a power shower then you may be slightly disappointed. The water pressure is not as high as we have at home. Not a deal breaker for us though and would definitely recommend staying.

We took a water taxi from the train station to the water gate at Palazzo Failier, where Valentina greeted us, walked us through the wide and long entrance hallway, and then took us to our lodgings at the Caneletto Failier. It was a perfect location and setting for exploring Venice during the day and then enjoying the quiet of the night. Valentina gave us great recommendations for 4-5 restaurants and the ones we went to were well-worth it. Valentina also connected us with a friend of hers who took us through a very enjoyable and informative tour of the Basilica di San Marco and then the Doge’s Palace, Bridge of Sighs and prison area. Orial promptly responded to our inquiries. Thanks so much for making our stay so enjoyable!
