Great location, clean warm fully equipped apartment.
Internet connection not great. Just a heads up if you stay in winter as water bus does not stop at the closest stop, S. Samuele , to apartment after 5pm weekdays and all weekend.

The apartment is excellent, the host was perfect. Very well equipped, everything extremely clean, perfect bed, great hot water in the shower (the only downside was the shower space). Heating was ok, security, we were very happy. A. Alessandra was very polite and efficient, perfect!

Die zentrale Lage ist ideal. Der Alimentari ist nur ca. 100m entfernt, es gibt eine Haltestelle der Linie 2 in unmittelbarer Nähe und auch die Alilaguna hält max. 10 Minuten entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl.
Sowohl die Regulierung der Heizung als auch das Thema Müllentsorgung konnten mit der Verwalterin leicht per WhatsApp geklärt werden.
Wir hätten uns über einen Hinweis im Voraus gefreut, dass wir uns selbst bei den Behörden online anmelden müssen, auch wenn wir die Tax vor Ort zahlen mussten.

The bed was not comfortable, it was two separate mattresses attached together instead of one mattress. The cleanliness could have been improved (dishwasher, washing machine tray, some cooking materials)
