We were staying the third time in this apartment - the location is excellent and it's very good for two people.
Sadly, it seems that the hotel no longer maintains the apartment very well. There are several things that could be improved:
We had an issue with the heating. It was quite cold in the apartment, and the duvets were very thin. We had to call reception three times to request an extra duvet and to adjust the heating, which had to be done through the central system.
The electricity went off several times, and we had to call reception to have it restored.
The freezer compartment door in the fridge does not close properly, and there was a large buildup of ice inside.
The dishwasher did not work.
For a week-long stay, we were provided only two old tea bags.

Excellent location and beautiful building. The apartment was clean and spacious.
For the money we paid we were expecting a lot more hospitality and attention to details. The kitchen was ok but was missing all the basic things you would expect at a rental apartment: salt, pepper, olive oil… is that too much to ask? The only thing there were two old wrinkly tea bags. I feel it’s not that hard to welcome guests who have chosen an apartment to make themselves at home and cook nice Italian meals.
