Wonderful experience! Hotel faces the grand canal. Just beautiful opening the windows to the view. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Our room had laundry, n kitchen which were nice to have but not used very much by us. Location was very convenient n walkable to all major attractions.

We loved how the property was gated, the bathrooms were modern, soap and shampoo were provided. Marina was very helpful and met us at entrance, even though we got to the property very late in the evening. Check-in was easy. About a 15 min walk to St Mark’s Square. My kids also enjoyed the big space and extra add on on the TV.
It was difficult to find at first.

Great location, well equipped apartment. Great air conditioning as it was a heatwave when in Venice. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Location was wonderful.
The accommodations were very disappointing. Poorly laid out rooms, no desk and cheap plastic chairs in the kitchen.
