Our hosts provided us with excellent communication prior to arrival and during check-in. A reference folder was also provided.
Apartment was clean with all appliances working perfectly.
Beds were comfortable, extra blankets readily available and heating worked well which was important with temperatures either side of zero.
Location was really good, quiet surroundings, but only a short walk to major sights and also very close to Accademia bridge and water bus stops.
All of our group commented on how the online photos didn't show how good this apartment actually is!

Very clean, well equipped, comfy beds, aircon that worked(always a bonus) Two bathrooms was good too. Very helpful owners, ordered our river taxis and allowed case storage, can’t thank them enough 😀
