Nice location, facilities and Sauna was the Best.

Hammam Sauna was really good. The kids enjoyed it a lot. Location is very close to 2 Vaporetto stops S. Samuel and S. Angelo. Very close to Academia also. Walkable to San Marco square and even Realto Bridge. Grocery shops were nearby and many eateries as well. Vaporetto number 2 isn't available after 5 PM or so but can always take Route number 1 from S. Angelo. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with attached bathroom with toilet. We didn't have a problem with any appliances. Used kitchen for cooking dinner everyday. All 3 bedrooms were nicely separated so that you get privacy completely. We had the option to store luggage in the room downstairs on the last day, but didn't use it and had to pay 20 EUR for storage near the railway station. Better to use this option for late travel back timings. Host Mr.Sandy was easily reachable on WhatsApp and reached the apartment before us to handover the keys. He explained all the things we required and was available throughout our stay immediately. Overall we had a great stay here and loved the location and amenities.

Nothing much. The apartment is on the first floor like every other apartment in Venice. Just a few steps and no big deal. Alley leading towards the house is dark but we felt it was very safe. The doors wouldn't close easily but it's understandable because the house looked very old but newly renovated. Fresh blankets could have been provided. We felt like wearing the bed covers and bed sheets. Maybe this can be improved. But these were minor issues compared to the advantages in my view.

Venice 3 bedroom apartment san marco area

Lovely apartment with an ensuite to the primary bedroom. 2nd & 3rd bedroom were a good size & shared separate toilet/sink & separate shower. There was also a steam room. Lounge / kitchenette & dining room were a good space. There is a separate washer & dryer. It is a 2nd floor apartment accessible via stairs & quite secure.

An outside light would be helpful as it is dark returning in the evenings.

Great location. Overall well laid out, very clean, functional. I would think for Venice it was a good place.

External building door did not lock. It was reported. Not enough towels for 5 people staying 4 nights. At least one bedroom should have two single beds rather than double beds would be more practical with friends or older children.

We had a wonderful time in Venice and the apartment met most of our requirements.

The showers and Hammam. A quite and secure neighbourhood, with good proximity to the water bus stop.

Felt quite dark inside. No oven. Furnishings felt quite basic. Layout was a little disjointed.

Apartment was centrally located and easy walk or boat to all activities.

Central location and laundry washing machine and dryer.

AC stopped working in 2 of 4 rooms and was very weak in the third room. Agent attempted to fix problem but we were not there long enough to see if it was fixed.

It was the perfect apartment for a family of 6! We will be back.

Perfect location and very clean! Mr. Sandy was an amazing host! Our flight was delayed and the airline lost our luggage Mr. Sandy was extremely helpful in making sure we arrived to our location safe! We are a family of 6 and the apartment was much bigger than expected! We were walking distance from the water stop. Very central to great restaurants and stores! I will definitely be back. If you are thinking of visiting Venice look no further! Best perks- The apartment has AC in every room and a great sauna to relax after the long walks!!

Good but quiet central location. Plenty of restaurants in the local area. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, good standard of decoration, very clean and reasonably well equipped.

There were some maintenance issues. The outer door to the shower room did not close properly. The tall lamp in the small bedroom did not work. There were no instructions for using the appliances.

Pure Excellence In Venice

HAMMAM was excellent in every way. The location was perfect, away from any noise but close enough to be within minutes of all central areas. We were greeted my the manager who was incredibly helpful and kind. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was decorated very well,with loads of space and fabulous shower and sauna. This would be my first choice if we return to Venice. It added very much to the pleasure of our trip.

The location is fabulous! An easy walk to all the sights. We are a family of 5 (young adults) and there was plenty of space for us. Marco was so attentive and went above and beyond for us helping us with finding our lost luggage from our flight to Italy.

Great location. Mr Sandy assisted us in figuring out where to park our car and how to get into the city. He met us in a pouring rain storm and made sure we were settled before he left. Apartment is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Could not ask for anything more.

PERFECTION! IF THERE'S AN "11", THIS IS IT. HOST WAS AWESOME! WE WERE A BIT LATE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH THE WATER TAXI. HE WAS GREAT ABOUT IT. SET US UP WITH PRIVATE WATER TAXI TO VENICE AIRPORT FOR THE RETURN. CALLED TWICE TO BE SURE THAT WE KNEW WHERE TO GO, AND WHAT TO DO. I WILL ABSOLUTELY LOOK FOR THIS PLACE IF I RETURN TO VENICE.

We loved this apartment! It was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The two bathrooms and three showers! Worked out really well for the three of us.

There wasn’t much we didn’t like… But it would have been nice to have instructions on how to work the washer and dryer.

Great stay, great location!

We had a great stay at Hammam Venice. The bigger showers were great and it was really nice for our family of four to spread out a bit with the three bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and the location is close to pretty much everything. Use Mr. Asela for directions to the apartment. He's very helpful and it's difficult to find on day one. He was always there to answer any questions we had.

We couldn't get the a/c in the balcony bedroom to go lower than 24 degrees, but all the other a/c's worked well. There's no coffee, no sugar, and no laundry detergent, so bring it with you or be prepared to go on a hunt around Venice for them.
