Ve.N.I.Ce. Cera Casa Santo Stefano is a comfortable apartment right off Campo Santo Stefano and overlooking a quaint stazio, a gondola station.
It is located on the mezzanine floor of a block of flats. It has been finely restored in every detail and tastefully furnished. We are positive you will find it 'your home away from home'.
The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room, with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a view of the famous Benedetto Marcello conservatory. During the day it is possible to hear music students practicing their instruments something that adds a special charm to a quintessentially Venetian situation.
The apartment features also a double bedroom and a large single with a flat-screen TV and a wall-mounted safe.
From the kitchen you have access to bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

Lovely stay at this fantastically clean and comfortable apt. Its right next to a music school so during the day you can listen to some beautiful classical music. Fairly quiet square that it is on and the property manager is just 1/2 a block away. They were equally lovely to deal with. Super helpful in telling us how to get to the apt, reached out to tell us which boat to get on and letting us know that one of the boat lines was down and how to get to them on the 2nd line. They explained how to get to the airport public boat as well which is a short walk away. Venice is obviously very walkable from just about anywhere and this apt didn't disapoint. Its ground floor which was great for my partially disabled mother, incredibly clean and well cared for. Beds were also quite comfortable and there were decent food options very close by. Don't miss the Accademie bridge which is a block away. Beautiful views.

This appartment was very nice and had a great location. A spacious bathroom and a nice kitchen. Well equipped we ate breakfast here every day.

We absolutely loved our stay at the San Marco flat. It was well appointed and the location was perfect. It’s a ground floor apartment that is right next to a square with restaurants and everything is within a 15 minute walk, including St Marks Basillica and Tower. Guggenheim is a 5 min walk. You will not be disappointed and the value! You can’t beat it. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rental by owners and this one is top tier! I’d like to also complement the management team on their great service. Our check in was very professional and informative. When we come back to Venice we will definitely be repeat customers!
