A very nice appartment near the beach a metro

The appartment was modern and very clean, the beds were super comfortable. A huge positive was that it was very quiet at night. There is a Lidl nearby and we found a very nice bakery, the beach and restaurants are only a 10 minute walk. The metro is a 3 minute walk, in 10minutes you´re in the centre. Definetly very good value for money.

There is a garage where you can park for 25E a day, the door was a bit tricky to open, but the staff was very helpful with it.

Great location, close to the beach. Friendly & helpful staff. Comfy beds. It was useful to have kitchen facilities. Excellent price for the facilities.

Cleaning could have been better- my friend found hair in his bed. The rooftop terrace is nice, but small. It would be good to have a mirror in the second bedroom.

A Malaga must stay property! Comfy, easy access to everything without the hustle bustle.

The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood, good restaurants, public transportation around the corner, beach a 10 minute walk away. It has it all. Oh and the apartment was fully decked out with everything you need to stay comfortably and cook if you wanted to. This is a Diamond in the rough property. Oh, one more thing, private underground parking!

We had a very nice time staying at the Huelin Edificio Apartamentos! The location is absolutely spot on - super close to the metro and buses, with many shops, restaurants, and cafes around and the beach was just a few minutes away from the accommodation. The apartment was excellent. The cleanliness was impeccable, and it was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. From comfortable beds to a well-stocked kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff at the Huelin Edificio Apartamentos were also deserving of high praise. Friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile, they made us feel truly welcome and at home. Another significant advantage of this property is its proximity to Malaga city centre. Being able to walk to many of the city's main attractions and explore the historic centre's charming streets and plazas was a real treat. Overall, I would highly recommend the Huelin Edificio Apartamentos to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable stay in Malaga. Five stars, without a doubt!

We hebben een fijn verblijf van 6 dagen gehad in december/januari!

We hadden met z’n tweeën alles wat we nodig hadden. In de woonkamer - een kleine keuken met vaatwasser, magnetron, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, blender, koelkast en vriezer en elektrische kookplaat met twee pitjes (incl. keukengerei, bestek, servies) - eettafel met stoelen, bank, salontafeltjes, tv, airco. De tv kan je ook verbinden met streamingdiensten(indien je daar zelf een abonnement voor hebt). Slaapkamer heeft ook 1 kast om kleding op te bergen en aan de andere kant van de kast zit de boiler. Beter niet te lang ‘s avonds douchen want dan maakt de boiler wel even lawaai om weer op te warmen, wat niet fijn is voor het slapen. Maar je kunt wel lang gebruik maken van warm water, en de boiler is ook snel opgewarmd. Badkamer is modern en netjes met een grote regendouche en normale douchekop, wastafelmeubel met opbergruimte, en toilet. Je hebt 2 grote en 2 kleine handdoeken en 2 toiletpapier rollen. Wanneer ik Mara een whatsapp stuurde, reageerde ze vrijwel meteen en kwam ze nieuw toiletpapier of handdoeken brengen. Er is boven ook een klein zwembad en een wasmachine en droger. Hier hebben we zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt. Mara is heel behulpzaam en reageert snel. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad.

Достаточно просторные апартаменты, есть минимальное наполнение (соль, перец, масло, душевые принадлежности, полотенца, таблетки для посудомоечной машины). Нам было комфортно.

Холодные полы (кафель везде) - к этому надо быть готовыми. Пару раз пришлось включить кондиционер на обогрев. Кофемашина по длине не входит в отсек, где она стоит, тостер тоже ) Нет стиральной машины. Мы останавливались на неделю - пришлось сходить в прачечную.

Es war ein sehr sympathischer Empfang, Mara, die Managerin tat alles, damit wir rundum zufrieden waren. Egal ob es ein Ausflug war und wir um Cafe Tabs für die Kaffeemaschinen fragten, sie war immer da und half. Wir hatten zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher, allerdings nur spanisches Programm. Das Apartement war neu, die Möbel modern und die Betten waren hervorragend. Alles in allem Top!

Het was een nieuw appartementencomplex, het appartement was erg mooi, modern, schoon en leuk ingericht en voorzien van alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Met een leuk tuintje erbij. Het personeel was echt super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.De locatie was ook perfect!

Zeer rustige ligging, op wandelafstand van de zee, winkels, restaurants en openbaar vervoer

Zeer goed onthaal door Mara die altijd bereikbaar was om ons verder te helpen met het vinden van een taxi, infomatie over Malaga en de buurt. Het zwembad met ligzetels waren zeker een pluspunt.

De warmwaterboiler stond in de kast op 1 van de slaapkamers, vooral 's nachts was het geluid wel storend.

Fin de semana sin agua!!!

Las fotos del apartamento son fieles a la realidad.

Tuvimos un problema con las bombas de los depósitos del agua, y estuvimos sin agua el primer día que llegamos, el 27. Despues hicieron un apaño, y solo tuvimos agua durante el día, por la noche no había agua. Y nosotros estuvimos viendo la Supercopa Endesa de Basket, y por el día no estuvimos prácticamente en el apartamento. Además, no sé si el edifico tenía el final de obra, o incluso la cédula de habitabilidad, porque no estaba funcionando el ascensor. Creo que la empresa se ha precipitado en poner estos apartamentos a disposición de los clientes. Debería haber esperado, asegurandose que todo funcionara correctamente.
