Superb apartment in Malaga city

Fantastic location. Very helpful host, who was easily contacted and very forthcoming with information prior to and during our stay. Well equipped apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the bus and train stations for an easy transfer to and from the airport.

Perfect for a vacation in Malaga

We stayed 1 week in apartment 2 on the ground floor. spacious room that was very clean. Equipped with all necessities including extra towels and a (shared) washing machine. Walking distance +- 20min from the center and 30min from Malagueta beach. Alvaro is an attentive host who responds quickly. I highly recommend this apartment.

A good stay overall, with a few small inconveniences.

The host was very friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the small touches like the complimentary bottle of water and four coffee capsules with sugar. The apartment was well equipped with plates, glasses, and cutlery. On the upper floor, there’s a washing machine and dryer available for guests, along with detergent. The location is convenient – about 30 minutes’ walk to the beach, 20 minutes to the city center, and just a few steps from the metro station, which makes it easy to get from the airport in only 10 minutes.

Our room was on the ground floor, right in front of the sidewalk, which wasn’t mentioned before booking – it lacked privacy and could be noisy. We stayed for a full week and expected at least one cleaning or a change of towels and bed sheets, but that didn’t happen. One evening we washed the sheets ourselves and put them in the dryer, but someone turned it off before the cycle finished, which was quite annoying.

Perfect location for families with a super welcoming and nice host

The room was perfect for a week in Malaga - we were a 5 minutes walk from the train station and less than 5 minutes away from other bus stops. Super clean and welcoming room with decent amount of space and a clean kitchen. The cleanliness was top notch. The location itself is great as it’s a quiet and family friendly place but just 2-3 blocks away there’s a big shopping mall, chain of restaurants and so many other great things. We were a walking distance from all the attractions in Malaga, with kids it took us 20 minutes to walk to Calle Larios(shopping street) Just on the other side of the block there were 3 supermarkets and some other restaurants and small stores. 2 cafes were on the same street as the room.

Perfect, minimalistic, stylish and clean apartment. 10 minutes on foot to the main Street, 3 minutes to metro, 9 minutes by metro to the airport. Perfect location in loud tourist city. A lot of cafes around. Attentive and caring owner.

Very good location, 10 minutes walking to the old town. The owner is quiet nice and very helpful, good service. Clean and nice apartment.

The apartment ist nice, but has no living room, only the part in the entrance area. The parking place is not includes in the price. The window (sleeping room) is in the first floor and aligned to the street. (AP Nr. 2)

Not a good location unless fit and mobile. car parking advised to be about 15 euros a day. Actually we parked where advised and it cost us over 25 euros a day. Which was quite an expensive add on.

La localización, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. La comodidad de la cama, el menaje del alojamiento ya que no le falta de nada. El descanso por las noches sin ruido alguno. Tiene todas las características para hacer una estancia lo más placentera posible.

Schönes Apartment ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen.

Sehr schönes und sauberes kleines Apartment ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum. Eine kleine Küchenzeile welche wir nur zum Frühstücken nutzten ist vorhanden. Unser Apartment war im 1. OG mit dem Lift oder Treppe erreichbar. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist buchbar und hat uns die Parkplatzsuche erspart. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, Fragen werden immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet. Für unseren Bedarf war es perfekt.

ho alloggiato qui una sola notte e ho trovato tutto perfetto, pulito e in ordine. il proprietario mi ha dato tutte le informazioni che mi servivano in chat conversando anche un po’, super gentile. lo consiglio.

purtroppo il check in alle 16 lo reputo tardi, ma nel mio caso è riuscito a darmi la stanza tre ore prima, non so se sia sempre così ma è comunque ok per i pro sono tanti!

Top sauber. Sehr modern und funktional. Die Unterkunft scheint ganz frisch gebaut oder saniert/ renoviert zu sein. Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Die Fenster sind komplett vergittert, so dass man sich sicher fühlt. Lage: ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt von Málaga

Qualité des installations: lit excellent, air conditionné, efficace et peu bruyant, très bons équipements de salle de bain. Rue calme tout en étant à proximité de la gare des trains et des bus; immeuble très calme également Bons conseils du propriétaire/gérant, Alvaro

Peu de lumière venant de l’extérieur; mais ce n’est pas vraiment un problème, si comme moi, vous quittez l’appartement tôt le matin et rentrez tard le soir.

Magnífica selección Loft in Málaga 🤍

La ubicación cerca de la estación de tren y buses, nos permitió movernos con mucha comodidad. La propiedad está totalmente equipada y el personal responde de inmediato ante todo requerimiento.

NO LO RECOMIENDO !!!!!

NO LO RECOMIENDO!! En el alojamiento había cucarachas pagué x cada noche 132 euros y me quedé 3 noches cuando quise irme porque las cucarachas me aparecieron en todas partes incluso en las toallas de baño con las q me bañaba también al lado de la cama se lo comuniqué al dueño del establecimiento solo quiso devolverme 50 euros por la noche cuando le dije que eso no me iba a salir una noche de hotel y que iba a poner malas reseñas me dijo q me lo subía a 70 pero como repito yo pagué x cada noche 132 euros no lo recomiendo xq no se hacen responsable de lo susedido encima el dueño le hecho al culpa a una plaga q había de las alcantarillas de fuera y tuve que reclamar todo directamente por booking y ahora sigo con la denuncia porque ni siquiera se ofrecieron a cambiarnos de habitación para que por lo menos no nos quejáramos y sinceramente me desepciono demasiado obviamente no volvería y no lo recomiendo para nada.

A fost minunat, vom reveni cu siguranță.

Pentru noi a fost totul foarte plăcut. Locația este aproape de stația de tren Maria Zambrano și acest lucru a ajutat mult. Apartamentul este utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie pentru un sejur. Alvaro ne-a pus la dispoziție foarte facil și la îndemână toate informațiile de care am avut nevoie.

Excellent stay nearby the centre of Malaga

Le logement est très bien situé et très bien équipé. Notre hôte Alvaro était toujours là quand nous avions besoin de lui.

Fenêtre de la chambre était assez petite et l'eau de la douche débordait un peu partout après utilisation.

Super verblijf

Heel goed begeleid geweest door de eigenaar. Al voor we toekwamen kregen we de nodige en juiste info. We kwamen vrij vroeg toe in Malaga dus zaten we met onze koffers. We mochten ze vroeger achter laten in het complex waardoor we in de ochtend al konden gaan genieten. Een super mooi en proper verblijf ook. Op slechts 10 minuten wandelen van de haven, het oude stadscentrum,… top verblijf!!

Współpraca i pobyt na najwyższym poziomie! Polecam!

Już przed przyjazdem, niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny gospodarz Alvaro, udzielił nam wszelkich wskazówek dotyczących zameldowania. Po przylocie, gdy pojawiły się z naszej strony pytania, bezzwłocznie otrzymywaliśmy na nie satysfakcjonujące odpowiedzi. Sam lokal bardzo ładny, jest w nim absolutnie wszystko co potrzeba. Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne, aneks doskonale wyposażony, a łazienka czysta i przestronna. Po wymeldowaniu mogliśmy zostawić bagaż w szafce na piętrze (koszt 2€). Mimo wczorajszego blackoutu, nie było problemu z dostaniem się do lokalu, ponieważ Alvaro był na miejscu i zadbał bysmy czuli się do końca komfortowo.

Blisko dworca kolejowego i autobusowego. Do miasta też dosyć blisko. Wygodne łóżko. Są szafki na przechowanie bagażu ale tylko jedna duża i dwie małe. Z minusów to: dziwny zapach w apartamencie i słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem. Generalnie pozytywnie i poprawnie.
