Disappointing Breakfast

The hotel was modern and comfortable and within walking distance to attractions. It is located in a quieter area with a nice rooftop terrace to enjoy the sunshine.

I have stayed in several Spanish hotels, with no problems, but I would say to anyone who suffers from intolerances, that this hotel does not cater well for breakfasts. The staff were not knowledgeable nor helpful on what was safe to eat and despite my reporting on this and being told that a manager would be informed, this was not acted upon. I had messaged the hotel prior to arrival and also discussed with reception, who assured me, there would be plenty of choice available. As I was paying the same as other guests, my breakfast should have been of similar standard! I was made to feel embarrassed and a nuisance, which I found upsetting.

Classic Central Marriot Style Hotel

This hotel is far better than all the reviews. It's a classical Marriot style hotel. It is central and everything is excellent. Only the cleaning sometimes forgets to bring toilet paper or clean on the couch, but that is ok. If you remind them they will do that as well. I loved my stay and can only recommend it. thank you.

Overall stay was good with minor issues

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Not informed by staff on proper use of elevator going up to our room. Found out later we have to swipe room card. Was not able to use hotel parking, parked on side road of hotel, but has to move car by 9 AM. Unable to use my credit card, was denied twice, now my card is suspended. Have to book online thru booking.com, staff was unable to do reservation at front desk.

Ein Zimmer würde ich jederzeit wieder dort buchen, aber kein Frühstück.

Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und modern. Ich fühlte mich wohl. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr professionell und freundlich.

Das Frühstücksbuffet fand ich allerdings katastrophal und auch im Preis nicht angemessen. Die Tische waren nicht abgeräumt (während meines gesamten Frühstücks). Das Besteck musste ich zusammensuchen, da es nicht aufgefüllt war, außerdem fehlte einiges am Buffet, da nur eine Dame für alles zuständig war und der Arbeit nicht hinterher kam. Zudem war sie auch noch sehr unfreundlich. Selbst wenn das Buffet aufgefüllt gewesen wäre, war die Auswahl für den Preis von 20,00 Euro gering.

El parking del hotel : cada vez que un coche entra o sale , el empleado que está en la Recepción debe dejar lo que esté haciendo, salir del hotel, caminar 50 metros y acercarse hasta el portón para abrirlo.

On sens que l’hôtel est nouveau , un peu chère pour les prestations qu’elle propose

La gentillesse et la patience du personnel de l’accueil à la réception, surtout celui qui a fait l’effort de parler français ;-)

Le comportement froid d’une femme de ménage qui ne répond même pas au bonjour des clients, elle ne nous donne pas l’impression d’être les bienvenus.

Séjour agréable , les habitants de Málaga sont très sympathique

Les personnels à la réception étaient parfait 👌🏽 Surtout celui qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée et qui a fait l’effort de parler français 😉

Pour un hôtels neuf , chevets collants , poussières sur le parquet. Pas de bouteille d’eau proposé dans les chambres d’hôtel à 210€ la chambre on attendait un peu mieux

Nuevo pero mal planeado

Nuevo a estrenar. Buena ubicación y personal muy atento. Les falta rodaje y que el hotel no tiene los servicios basicos por lo que ya están cobrando.

Aun no tienen minibar, no tienen restauración, no nombro más porque hace solo 10 días que han abierto y el personal no lo merece, pero Marriott no piede permitirse esto.
