Beautiful design and great location

Amazing location, friendly service and jacuzzi was relaxing. Great and compact idea with the room decoration and beautiful atmosphere.

Room was not clean as supposed to be on that price. Tap was shaking and curtains were of the track. One day should be used to fix everything it would be like new again!There was said that cava and chocolate are waiting in the room. Only coffee and red wine was there when we arrived so had to go to the shop and get those.

Great location and property for a short stay in Malaga.

The property was clean and modern and the jacuzzi bath was a great way to relax after a warm day sightseeing. Easy check in with a key in a lockbox, so easy to access if a late flight. The host was accessible via WhatsApp .

Be advised that the key sometimes needs to be twisted a number of times to be able to relock and then unlock but wasn’t too much of an issue.

The apartment is in a great location with good access to local amenities, and it’s well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The layout is well designed, and I appreciated the early check-in as well as the helpful suggestions the owner shared, which added a nice personal touch.

That said, this was my first time staying in an apartment rather than a hotel, and I wanted to give some constructive feedback. While the space has a lot of potential, the cleanliness could have been improved — the floors weren’t very clean on arrival, and there were quite a few ants and flies around the tabletops and in the shower area. Unfortunately, two cockroaches were also spotted on the final night, which was unsettling. The front door was also quite difficult to open. Despite turning the key the correct number of times, it often jammed, which became frustrating — especially when returning late at night. Combined with the insect issues, this made the space feel less secure and comfortable than expected. I do understand that apartments don’t have the same level of staffing and regular maintenance as hotels, and this one is on the ground floor, which may contribute to some of these issues.

Lovely apartment, could be cleaner

The apartment has brilliant amenities, there was a hairdryer, tv with netflix, coffee machine, fridge, cooker, iron - everything you could need. The apartment is decorated stylishly and is comfortable. The location is excellent for the trainstation, a little further away from the centre, about a 20 minute walk, but has shops and bars close by - fine for our 2 night stay. We had no issues with noise from the street. Communication was great, and a bottle of cava waiting for us when we arrived was a lovely touch.

The sheets on the bed were stained, and the overall cleanliness of the apartment was not the best.

This apartment is STUNNING! On the day, the owner was so attentive - sending multiple messages with clear instructions on how to access the property, and even let us check in early! The owner was so easily contactable, replying almost instantly! Now the room - WOW! It’s beautiful and looks very newly refurbished. The hot tub was AMAZING and they even provided champagne! The bed was SO comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean. Towels provided. The room was so spacious, and the layout was perfect. Location was great, main area about a 20 minute walk away or a Bolt taxi was €5. Plenty shops for supplies nearby. We can’t wait to book again in the summer!

Comfortable apartment in a great location. Some easily fixed problems but I would stay here again!

It was a lovely property in a great location. We had some problems with appliances such as the kettle and coffee machine. However, the apartment was well kept and very comfortable.

The kettle kept on tripping all the electrics which meant I could not make a tea or coffee.

La televisión

El apartamento está a pie de calle, el anuncio dice a tiene vistas y las vistas son la gente q pasa a un metro de la cama que por cierto es incómoda no, es lo siguiente te hundes en ella,en la cocina encontramos una copa, una taza, dos vasos y una cuchara. El jacuzzi funciona mal y le faltan piezas está para tirar pero lo más gracioso es encontrar al lado de él una cubitera llena de agua retenida. En el baño el toallero está a punto de caerse, la ducha está rota y pierde agua por arriba y por abajo,los jaboneros de la pared están vacíos y el ventilador que hay encima de la puerta está lleno de polvo. La mesa que hay para desayunar baila como si fuera de goma o estuviera rota. Se nota que los dueños no pasan por ahí para nada, ahora mismo ese apartamento, que por cierto es muy pequeño y ruidoso, está dejado de la mano De Dios.

Vies en veel te duur voor wat je krijgt. Het is niet goed onderhouden.

Het was op het eerste oog een mooie kamer op een top locatie.

Het was erg vies! Er lag zelfs een dode kakkerlak naast het bed op de grond. Vlekken op het beddengoed en een verkalkte douchekop. Ook nog een douche die volledig overstroomde, een jacuzzi waar allemaal losse onderdelen aan zaten van de spuit koppen, het warm water dat op is na het vol laten lopen van de jacuzzi dus een warme douche erna kun je vergeten.

Viel zu wenig Handtücher und die Putzfrau muss die Fugen in der Dusche mal ordentlichen schrubben und den Schimmel rauskratzen. Ist schwierig aber es geht. Größeres Bett wäre besser.

Estuvimos dos días, y uno de ellos no tuvimos agua caliente en todo el día (Plan Jacuzzi ARRUINADO). Aunque se lo comunicamos al propietario, en lugar de ofrecernos repetir la estancia otro día como compensación, simplemente nos propuso un pequeño descuento que, en otras palabras, implicaría gastar más dinero, sin contar el miedo que tendríamos de que vuelva a ocurrir.

Anfitrión genial, habitación bonita pero no lo que esperaba. Bajo ruidoso y persianas bajadas.

El anfitrión muy implicado y amable, nos comentó sitios para ver de Málaga, se aseguró que nuestra estancia fuese lo mejor posible. Era muy bonita la habitación, decorada con gusto.

Cuando llegamos las sábanas estaban sucias y habían pelos por lo que no habían pasado limpieza, se lo comenté al anfitrión y enseguida gestionó para que viniesen a limpiar y cambiar las sábanas, fue muy amable y implicado. Un bajo en una calle bastante transitada y con obras al lado y al ser bajo tuvimos que estar con las persianas bajadas porque sino había cero intimidad. Muy caro para lo que es.

Pouze to, že je byt v centru města.

Moc jsme se s manželem podle fotek na tento byt těšili. Pak přišlo velké zklamání hned u dveří. Vstup do pokoje je přímo z chodníku na rohu ulice. Kolem oken vám chodí lidé. Když ležíte v posteli u okna, tak máte pocit, že vám každou chvíli může někdo vlézt do postele za vámi. Ležíte asi 50cm od okna co vede na chodník. Opravdu to není příjemné, i když tak jsou mříže. Co se týká zařízení už má vše nejlepší časy za sebou. A větší generální úklid by také nebyl na škodu. Přijde mi to spíš jako pokoj pro hodinové návštěvy. Klimatizace sice funguje, ale dveře nejsou že spodu pořádně utěsněné, takže výsledek nic moc. Nedovedu si představit být v tomto pokoji v létě, kdy si neotevřete okno a klima je vám skoro k ničemu. Kdybychom tam neměli přespat pouze jednu noc, tak jdeme do jiného hotelu. Opravdu nedoporučuji. Podle fotek je vidět, že to byl původně obchod, který předělali na více "bytů". Hrůza.

Correcto para 1 sola noche.

La estancia es exactamente como se ve en las fotos. La amabilidad y atención de Nico, excelente. Botella de agua y benjamines de cava de cortesía. Para pasar una noche está bien.

No es un apartamento, pienso que anteriormente eran locales comerciales que han convertido en”apartamentos”, esto hace que se escuche absolutamente todo el ruido de la calle y que no puedas abrir una ventana por qué da directamente al paso en la acera. No colocan suficiente gel de ducha, no huele bien al entrar, aunque lo intentan tapar con ambientador. El desagüe de la ducha no funcionaba bien. Por el precio pagado hay mejores opciones.

Perfecto para una experiencia en pareja.

La ubicacion no esta nada mal, aunque por la mañana hay algo de ruido por unas obras en frente, pero por lo demás bastante bien. El apartamento es justo lo que es, un sitio donde pasar una noche o dos para relajarse y tener una experiencia en pareja.

La verdad es que no tenemos quejas sobre el alojamiento.
