Disappointment
The beds and mattresses were firm and very comfortable; they were the only things we liked in the apartment. The place was also easy to reach by the subway or by train, and it was also walking distance from the city center.
The apartment itself was a huge disappointment. It was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures and had much smaller windows. (The owner probably has several similar apartments and advertises all of them with the same photos, which is not very fair.) Because of this, our apartment was quite dark—even during the day—and since the walls are thin, we could hear other guests coming and going.
On the day of our departure, something near the door started beeping very loudly. We assumed it was a signal for us to leave, but if that was the case, it was extremely rude, as there was no way to turn it off and it beeped loudly and continuously starting from 9:00. (Check‑out was until 10:00.)
The apartment also didn’t have any spices, oils, or napkins—it was very spartan and equipped only with the most essential items.

The location was great, close to everything , new building and very clean, windows to the street which provide lots of natural lights. Kind and helpful staff always available.

Comfortable and pleasant accommodation in convenient location
Freedom of studio apartment, to relax and make tea/coffee at leisure. Apartment was spotlessly clean and there is a well equipped kitchen area with everything you could need to cook a meal (we didn’t!). Many restaurants, bars and cafes within short walking distance, with 3 small supermarkets within a minute’s walk, apartment is located in busy Main Street leading to Malaga main station. Soundproofing is apartment is excellent, no street noise could be heard in apartment. Probably10-15 minutes walk to historic centre of Malaga, but pleasant interesting stroll. Would recommend.

It is good, but it could be better
Location was great, really close to the train station. The studio was very clean at arrival and amenities were fairly good.
After arrival, the studio cleaning is just done by paying an extra fee, which was not specified in the accommodation description. Towels are changed after the 3rd day if requested. On the 3rd day I requested it, they changed them that day, but got a message from the host asking for one of the dirty towels they could not find it the toilet when they went to change them. Felt that a bit controlling and inappropriate. They left a second bin bag the day they changed the towels but never took the rubbish out.
Place was slightly damp. And there is movement sensor that we first thought it was a camera, but by reading other reviews it may be for the AC... TV is not placed comfortably to watch at all.

It had a sensor which made it turn off in the night because of no movement - so unless you move a lot in your sleep, the ac will turn off!
The room had many design flaws - the ac and tv faced the room entrance and not the bed of the sofa.
It was really hot in the night - I had to keep waking up to turn the ac on.
Also - no one at the reception most of the day - but the person was responsive via this app.
Check in time is 4 pm which was also a bit of a problem. But checkout time is 10 am - doesn't make sense!

Location is great, just 15min walk to the town centre and around 5 to the main train station Malaga Maria Zambrano.
We had 2 noisy neighbours but nothing to do with the hotel, just people being annoying.

Pobyt turystyczny, jedna osoba.
Niewielkie ale bardzo wygodne mieszkanie, najlepiej dla 2 osób (osobny salonik z kanapą i aneksem kuchennym plus wygodna sypialnia z szafą i wygodnym dwuosobowym łóżkiem). Bardzo czyste. Wszystko nowe i dobrej jakości. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, łazienka także. Byłam w styczniu więc noce bywały dość chłodne, ale w mieszkaniu jest klimatyzacja, działająca w trybie ogrzewania (w salonie), a dodatkowo Pan z recepcji, który czekał na mnie, gdy przyjechałam, zaproponował, że może dodatkowo zaoferować mały grzejnik elektryczny i ten bardzo mi się przydał do szybkiego ogrzania łazienki przed braniem prysznica (to dla osób, które jednak potrzebują mieć w tym miejscu trochę cieplej, a ja do takich należę. Było po prostu przyjemniej. :)). Dodatkowo, na moją prośbę, czy mogę przybyć wcześniej przed standardową godziną zameldowania (czyli 16.00) i chociaż zostawić bagaż, zaproszono mnie po prostu do odebrania mieszkania zaraz po przyjeździe - tzn. mogłam wejść i korzystać z mieszkania już o 11.00 (przylot miałam o 9.45). :) Mieszkanie jest blisko ścisłego centrum, więc mogłam dojść do głównej ulicy na piechotę, choć wieczorem po całodniowym zwiedzaniu czasem dojeżdżałam sobie autobusem. Mieszkanie jest w nowym budynku typu miejski apartamentowiec, a więc zapewnia bezpieczną infrastrukturę, ulica przy której są sklepiki z jedzeniem, warzywami i owocami. Do wejścia otrzymuje się kod, ale w recepcji na parterze i tak czekał na mnie przemiły pan (niestety zapomniałam jego imienia). Wszystko było świetne. Jedyna rzecz, która może komuś nie odpowiadać, to to że okna wychodzą na mały wewnętrzny dziedziniec, więc nie ma się pięknego widoku na miasto i w ciągu dnia nie jest zbyt jasno w mieszkaniu. Jednak mi to absolutnie nie przeszkadzało, bo nie przyjechałam tam spędzać czasu w mieszkaniu, tylko zwiedzać piękną Malagę i okolice. Natomiast mieszkanie zapewniło mi 100% wygód. Dziękuję bardzo za przemiłą obsługę i pozdrawiam serdecznie właścicieli!

Ubicación excelente y edificio muy nuevo.
No funcionaba la calefacción y, aunque llamamos el viernes por la noche, nadie vino a repararlo. Por tanto, por la hola de frío de esos días, no hemos estado cómodos.
Por la tarde si funcionaba el agua caliente, pero por las mañanas, al estar en la quinta planta, no llegaba y tuvimos que ducharnos con agua templada, casi fría.
El desagüe de la ducha no tragaba, por lo que tuvimos que recoger el agua del suelo del baño con la fregona.
Los aparatos e instalaciones son básicos, de marcas low cost, que no funcionan.
A pesar de tener tarifa de hotel, nada que ver. Esta experiencia me ha hecho replantearme los alojamientos turísticos. Prefiero un hotel.

Días muy placenteros
La ubicación del lugar es lo que más nos gustó. Llegamos en tren, y fue muy simple caminar desde la estación María Zambrano, a pesar de nuestras valijas.
Por otra parte, las instalaciones son nuevas o, al menos, están muy bien cuidadas.
Es muy difícil pensar en algo que no nos haya gustado, porque la verdad nos fuimos muy satisfechos con nuestra estadía en el lugar.

La ubicación es inmejorable. El anfitrion estuvo atento cuando se requirio. El lugar es comodo, espacioso y bonito. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia como la que tuvimos de 5 noches.
Quizas la cama extra, cuyo tamaño era bueno, puede ser mas comoda porque al ser un sofa cama tiene una colchoneta muy delgada y es incomoda para dormir.

O apartamento é excelente: pequeno, mas muito confortável. Acomoda muito bem 3 pessoas. Cozinha com bons utensílios, microondas, fogão e geladeira. Sofá cama na sala, televisão com ótimos canais. Cama é muito confortável, bons lençóis e toalhas. Disponível ferro de passar e um pequeno varal. O ar condicionado e à internet funcionam muito bem. Prédio novo com elevador. Check in fácil e nos foi permitido entrar antecipadamente. A localização é maravilhosa: mercados, farmácias, lavanderia, restaurantes, padaria e estação de trem muito próximos (mesma quadra!). Várias linhas de ônibus disponíveis nas proximidades. Uma estadia excepcional.

Cucarachas, Wi-Fi fantasma y rácanos hasta con el papel higiénico
La ubicación está muy bien, y el no tener que llevar llaves al ir con código.
La experiencia fue muy mala. Lo peor: cucarachas entrando por el desagüe del plato de ducha, cada día había nuevas. Inaceptable en un alojamiento turístico.
Además, son extremadamente rácanos con el papel higiénico: nos dieron solo un rollo y otro escondido en un cajón como “reserva”. Como la recepción apenas abre un par de horas al día, el último día tuvimos que ir a una farmacia a comprar clínex porque se habían terminado. Y encima era papel de los más finos que se rompen enseguida.
Confirmo lo que otros clientes ya habían comentado: hay Wi-Fi, sí, pero no tiene salida a Internet. Vinimos a teletrabajar y fue imposible.
La insonorización es inexistente: paredes y puertas de papel, se escucha absolutamente todo lo que hacen y dicen los vecinos, incluso cuando llegan tarde por la noche, despertándonos varias veces.
Detalles adicionales: la tele no se puede ver desde la cama, el piso es mucho más pequeño de lo que aparenta en las fotos y, en general, la relación calidad-precio es decepcionante.
En resumen: no volveríamos y no lo recomendaríamos a nadie que busque una estancia limpia, tranquila y funcional.
