Can't fault this Hotel at all, would definitely stay again.

This is the 1st time we have been to Malaga & this was a lovely hotel. The rooms were very spacious, clean & the bed was very large & so comfy. The buffet breakfast was really nice & had a lot of choice to cater for everyone. Had a nice bar area downstairs with plenty of choice with nice staff. The slide from the 1st floor was a great laugh too :-) Can't fault this Hotel at all.

There was nothing we didn't like & that goes for everyone in our party as they all said the same. We all loved staying there & we certainly would again. Although we didn't use the pool, it was a lovely area on the roof.

Super staff, comfortable modern hotel

Super convenient for the station and the airport. Modern design. Nice bar with good food and very friendly barman. Excellent reception staff especially Jaime who checked us in amidst a large crowd of young men doing the same. Quiet and comfortable room.

If you are coming to Malaga, it’s a great place for a stay right out of the train station

Somehow, I ended up as the VIP of the day and got a bottle of champagne. I don’t drink champagne, but it was still a wonderful gesture.

Great location and hotel for a Malaga visit.

Location of the hotel was great (Main Station and Shops). Room was large and there was a connecting door to the other room where my family were. The Breakfast had a wide range of options, including freshly made omelettes and pancakes

Friendly staff, comfortable, modern and clean rooms. We arrived to Malaga early so went to store our bags at reception. Instead the staff member found a room that was available and allowed us to check in early. This was a lovely gesture and allowed us to use our day more productively. Thank you Vinci Gala. Also as the hotel is next to the train and bus stations it was also very convenient and we found we could still manage a walk from there to the centre of town and the port and back.

Loved it here, the bed is so comfortable, they have thought of everything in the room, steamer, shave kit, those extra little touches! Roof top bar and pool a nice touch. Loved the breakfast too. Some gorgeous bar areas and the slide is fun! The room looked like it has been refurbished because it’s not what I was expecting from the pics (way more nicer and aesthetic) very close to train station and bus station

Area wasn’t the nicest, 20 min walk to the town which is fine for us cos we like getting our steps in, but could be a issue for some people

Great location, friendly staff but interior felt tired and musty smelling rooms.

The kids loved the slide! The room set up for 2 adults and 2 kids was good. Sliding door separates main bed from living room with sofa bed. Very good room darkening curtains. Great location next to the train station, supermarkets and restaurants. Metro made it easy to get to other parts of the city.

The property was a lot older and tired looking than the photos portray. The shower didn’t drain and one of the sinks didn’t drain. This made the room smell awful and musty the entire stay.

Usually great, but something was missing this time

This wasn’t my first stay at this hotel. I’ve returned several times with pleasure. The property is ideally located in the heart of Málaga, just steps away from public transportation (metro, train, bus, coach), making it easy to reach the historic center or the beach, both within walking distance. There are also shopping centers, restaurants, and small local shops all around. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast is generous and varied, with friendly service. Special mention to the chef who prepares eggs and crêpes in the morning with great kindness and efficiency.

Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed this time. I was woken up several times during the night due to small ants in my bed. Despite trying to get rid of them, they kept coming back from the floor, which made the night quite uncomfortable. I had planned to extend my stay, but I eventually decided to switch hotels. I reported the issue upon check-out and sincerely hope it will be resolved quickly, as it’s unfortunate for a place I truly enjoy.

Modern and stylish hotel, walking distance to beach, less than 10 euros taxi to old town.

The hotel was immensely modern and clean, staff were cleaning and maintaining the whole time we were there. The bedrooms are very stylish and the beds were fantastic, If i could buy the bed, pillows and linen for my house i would. the roof top bar was a highlight.

Some of the floor panels in the roof top bar were unsupported from underneath so it was a bit of a trip hazard. The pool could have done with a clean around the water line. In the room the water bottles weren't replaced after we had drank them on the first day.

Very good overall stay at a classy hotel, with minor distadvantages

The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and was the best part of our stay here. The staff was also professional and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is directly linked to the train station, so if you're coming to or leaving Málaga via train, the location is perfect. It is, however, a solid 30-minute walk away from the city center, but we did that walk multiple times and the route is a pleasant one.

The bathroom was separated from the bedroom not with a normal wall and door, but with a very weird curtain. First of all, that's not very hygienic, and second of all, that does not allow for a person to go to the bathroom in the night and turn the lights on there without waking the other person up. The shower head was also broken and a bit tricky to deal with. Also, the wardrobe consisted of a single rack with hangers and zero shelves for folded up clothes.

location was just a little to far from town for me. The room was perfect. My husband was disappointed with the breakfast.

Although the pool was a small area it was fine for us. The pool looked dirty as there was a scum mark all around the inside of the pool, which was avoided by us both as i have recently had a transplant so didnt want to risk my health.

Unimpressed

Unfortunately, our experience with the hotel was quite frustrating from the start. Communication during the booking process was extremely difficult, and due to the lack of clear responses from the staff, we ended up paying far more than we should have. The hotel never made an effort to understand our booking challenges and responded only with generic, unhelpful replies. They also did not care that we paid more for the rooms even with less night stays and did nothing to recognize it or rectify it even though we emailed them weeks before coming and during the entire booking process. The room itself was disappointing, uncomfortable, with a dark bathroom, a bed that sagged in the middle, and an air conditioner that didn’t cool the space adequately. The AC vent was far too small for the room, leaving it feeling stuffy and stifling..

The bathroom was dark and the room was uncomfortably hot with no way to cool it. The pool had mold in it. The staff were unhelpful.

Hotel was great , beside supermarket , shopping centre , train station . Beach & old town a 15/20 min walk . Cleaning service excellent , beds changed , ++ towels available & robes . Dining area great

There were no parasols available with the sun loungers . A big concern . No where to sit in the shade , 2 semi covered areas but always busy . Gap in bathroom door so privacy reduced . Shower door came off gliders a few times .

Great stay in Malaga

Beds were very comfortable. Roof top bar was area was great. Staff were attentive.

Location was fair walk into the centre - that said, it was easy to get to via train from the airport. I took the fire escape stairs one morning by mistake, and was rather shocked at how poor the fire escape route was (very poor signage, an external door was locked and several linen trolleys in the stairways). Once I got to the bottom, I found myself in a staff area with no clear was to exit the building.
