Will be a first option for our next short visit!

From the greeting to the departure, staff were warm & effortlessly efficient. Quality hotel with the convenience of being a short walk from the train. We enjoyed our room with the terrace even in January! The size of the room, beautiful bed and large bathroom, with both bath and separate shower was a welcome sight after a long journey. ( Compliments to the housekeeper!)

Great breakfast, poor soundproofing

Good location close to the train and bus stations. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

We had requested a quiet room. At first, we thought the room windows were open, but it turned out the soundproofing was just very poor. We could also hear the guest in the neighboring room snoring at night. Light from the corridor was visible through the door, and noises could be heard clearly. There was no soundproofing in the room at all. Fortunately, we were only staying for one night.

We had a wonderful stay in the Eurostars Malaga Hotel. I could not speak highly enough of this hotel.

This was a fantastic property to stay in. So very comfortable, clean and efficiently run. The staff are just wonderful. They are constantly ensuring that everything is going well.

There is nothing negative I can say about our stay at this property.

Wonderful hotel in a great location!

Eurostars Málaga pleasantly surprised us from the very first moments. The location is excellent – just a few minutes’ walk to the Maria Zambrano train station and about 10 minutes to the bus station, which is very convenient for travelers. The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable – perfect for a short stopover in Málaga. We especially liked having a large terrace, which was a lovely place to relax after a flight. The hotel staff were very helpful, polite, and attentive – we truly felt welcome and appreciated. Both breakfast and dinner options left a great impression – a wide selection of delicious, high-quality food, with something for everyone. We highly recommend this hotel for both short stays and longer visits – it offers great value for money, comfort, and a pleasant atmosphere.

Promising but disappointing on small details

New. Beautifully appointed.

The soap dispensers didn’t work well in the shower. I was woken up at 10:20! for a noon check out. No one knows why.

Pleasant with an enjoyable Spanish food!

The staff were very friendly, breakfast had quite a few Spanish produces which makes the breakfast experience much more enjoyable.

Not worth £200 a night.Lots of issues to sort out to get up to four star rating.

Lovely staff,reception area,dining room,lifts and corridors all immaculate. Efficient mini fridge,large comfy bed,bedding and towels changed daily.

Can only speak for room 614 Not worth £200 per night. Dirty mark and dent on wall by bed Only two bottles of water for 7 days. No kettle,just a coffee maker with horrible coffee and 2 milk pouches a day. Shower area needed tlc (new mastic) around tray,took ages to get hot (needs a new mixer tap on temperature setting) and poor pressure. Noise of other rooms air con units all night long. Scruffy balcony with broken tiles and dirty walls,also poor view due to wrap around wall 4 foot from balcony wall. Seats on balcony were wade of metal and impossible to sit on,when I enquired to reception they told me the cushions were in the wardrobe,they were wool blankets,try sitting on those at 30 degrees. Hotel also need to get a fixed price off taxis for airport transfer,we paid 25 euros arriving at 35 euros departing.

VERY HAPPY STAY IN MALAGA

The room, which included a sliding door to the private sun terrace, was great. Large bathroom, great continental and cooked breakfast options.. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Location very convenient for the big train station in Málaga which is only 3 stops from the airport. Would definitely recommend to solo travellers or anyone.

The bed, whilst huge, is firmer than I like but that's purely personal preference so not a big deal

Lovely hotel with friendly staff, our room was ready before check in time so that was great.

The hotel is lovely rooms spacious and beds were very comfy. The hotel was a little further out from the main Center but once we worked out the buses it was fine. The beach in Malaga wasn’t great so we headed to the much nicer beach area of Playa Pedregalejo which was sandy with little coves and lots of restaurants and bars.

Was a little further out than anticipated, no pool which is didn’t check before booking totally my fault.

Good, not great. Close to subway and train station. Two showers in the terrace superior room was also a nice touch.

Location, breakfast and staff was good.

Fire alarm went off at 8 in the morning. No explanation, no warning and no staff gave update as to why that happened. Happened again an hour later. The wifi was extremely slow (like a slow late 90s connection) and constantly kicked you out.

Excellent service and very professional staff

I had a great experience staying at Eurostars Málaga. The front desk staff, especially Alex, was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One issue occurred when I found a small bug on the bed. I reported it to the front desk, and they responded quickly by changing my room without hesitation. The next day, the hotel manager Antonio arranged for a professional pest control company to inspect the room, and everything turned out to be fine. I was very impressed by how seriously the hotel took my concern and how efficiently they handled the situation. Great service, and I really appreciated their care and professionalism. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay with our 2-year-old — friendly staff, great location, comfortable room with terrace, and delicious breakf

We had a great stay at Eurostars Málaga with our 2-year-old baby girl. The staff was wonderful — very kind and helpful both at the restaurant and at the reception. Our room was on the 6th floor, with a beautiful terrace and a very large, comfortable bed — our baby slept between us and everything was perfect. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options. For dinner, we chose from a predefined menu, and the food was delicious and more than enough for us. The hotel is also very well located, just a short walk from the main train station, which was very convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect room for a couple and great location!

Massive bed that was very comfortable. Right near the train station which was perfect for us as we were travelling to Granada the next day!

Not a good choice of hotel

Location and breakfast was pretty good.

The lifts did not work half the time. There was a constant bad odor everywhere inside the property. The room was totally different as advertised in the photos.

Corporate: spend the money to fix this.

The staff were genuinely friendly. They do the best they can with the building provided to them. I love the location. Being 200 steps from a multi-modal transport hub & indoor mall is very helpful for tourists trying ti navigate Málaga.

The overall physical state of my room. I will upload photos to illustrate the holes, stains and, cracks found on the floor, walls, ceiling and baseboard. Room 103 also has pipes that make sounds of crushed rocks cascading down if anyone else nearby uses water. There is a room that’s been converted to a gym nearby. Early morning people work out, grunt, and drop the metal weughts..and you can hear it ALL PHOTOS ARE FROM ROOM 103...nowhere else.
