Great hotel

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable clean room with everything needed for a enjoyable stay. Location is close to train and bus stations with supermarkets and restuarants very close by. This is my second stay and have already booked to come again.

Low budget but clean and comfortable.

Bearing in mind the season and that I had made the reservation with relative short notice and the category of the hotel I can say my stay was pretty good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and quiet which was remarkable considering it was a second floor with street view. I arrived with a good headache and I could take a pill, rest and recover in a couple of hours.

The room was not big but it's fine if you travel on your own or if you're a couple. There was a couple of tv channels that didn't work for some reason but who stays at a hotel to watch tv anyway?

Short stay, simple but good price and location

Had short stay, just 1 night, and choose this hotel because of location - close to Maria Zambrano station, more precisely - to Intercity bus terminal. Had a simple room, but quite cozy and comfortable. Nice bathroom which looked quite new and well maintained. Bed was good. For my need to spend a night during my transit between cities this was very good option. Simple but very price reasonable. Reception team was nice, too.

I stayed only one night, the location was great; a walking distance from the train station. The rooms were nice and clean.

The fact that there is no breakfast and also it's a bit noisy, we can hear people in the neighboring rooms.

The rooms were very nice. The shower head and pressure were excellent. I especially liked the old oak doors.

The one long pillow on the bed was two thick and hard. I would have preferred a single pillow softer and less thick.

Super location so handy for the bus station and onward travels

Super handy for our onward travels by bus to central Spain. It was a comfortable and clean room and quieter than we expected given it's central location. For an overnight with onward travels it was exactly what we needed. I had a great nights sleep, my husband would have liked a more comfortable bed, but you get what you pay for, so this was 100% for me. It was really only a 5 minute walk to the bus station and the train station isn't far away either, so no need for a taxi either

Great place to stay - very clean, very spacious, very good staff, very nice modern furniture. Would certainly recommend - I've stayed in many 2star hotels and this is the best by a long way. Hope to return next year.

Good location, cozy room

Good location, just 10 minutes walk from train station, 5 minutes walk to La Union metro station, some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, it seems like local area. Amenities are included, Staff are friendly and can speak English fluently. It's a special experience for me that when I arrive the hotel entrance, I need to press the bell to open the gate. Then after check in staff gave me the password of the entrance instead of a key. Once password renewed, it would told by whatsapp.

The sound proof of the room is not good, I still can hear television sound and annoying sound from my neighbor room at midnight time, fortunately they just stayed one night. No fridge and only a small trash can in the bathroom, a little bit inconvenient for me.

Highly recommended!

Clean, roomy. Great location - about 5 to 10 min walk from bus station, < a minute walk to supermarket and eateries, < 5 min walk to metro station. Staff are super helpful and friendly. We were able to drop our bags and explore the city before our rooms were ready. Our bags were in the room by the time we got back. Also, the communication with the hotel was easy via whatsapp.

Reception very helpful and staffed 24hr hours. Can leave bags before/after check in. Located in a more affordable area of Malaga making for a far quicker airport taxi ride. 900m from RENFE and airport train station and 800m from main bus station. Very good eating places frequented by locals and excellent bakers are nearby. Frequent Line 4 bus to old town (2km) and port area runs nearby (1.30 cash). My room at rear was clean, very quiet, basic, small and adequate offering good value. Vending machine and microwave in reception.

We were happy with the hotel, it is good value for the price.

Hotel Goartin is not luxurious but it is clean and comfortable. The reception staff, especially Camila, were friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were also friendly and did keep the hotel very clean. It is within a fifteen minute walk of the seafront.

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel is in quite a noisy area, the noise of traffic, barking dogs and people in the street outside can prevent one from sleeping, although we were seriously disturbed only on our last night when a couple in the next room were arguing for some time.

good location to spend the night before to leaving

NEVER AGAIN! We heard screaming in the corridor all night, heels clicking and doors opening and closing. There was a lot of smoke smell coming into the rooms

Clean, comfortable and affordable

Car parking within the hotel but needs to be reserved as spaces are limited. While it's not in the city centre and if walking is not your thing a bus stop is in the next street. A ten minute bus ride later and you're in the historic centre of Malaga. Comfortable bed and quiet despite the traffic ourside, great shower and very clean throughout. Plenty of convenience stores nearby for water and snacks. It's not a fancy hotel but had everything we needed for our short stay and we would stay again if visiting the area. Very reasonable price.
