When I entered the the dark corridor I got scared as I see such building in movies where there is human trafficking.

Place was filthy, smelly old bedding. Room was smelling and there was water on the carpet. Also, there was a board that I didn't figure out where it came from. The very board had a very sharp screw facing up and lying at the toilet door. Sink in the toilet leaking profusely, very difficult to wash hands in. I took a photo and sent to the owner of which the apologised, stated that they did not know about that. The shower had very nice hot water with good pressure. However, the shower room was filthy, with hair. After reading the reviews, this has been going on for a long time. It gives an impression that the hosts do not value customers. I wonder whether the council knows that there is a place like that in their city. Intervention of the authorities is needed otherwise it will go on like that. Who knows what germs are breeding there. Eventually, I foresee a source of an endemic. I was just there for a few hours, and I don't think I will go there again. I will fear any bookings via Booking.com.

Room smelt terrible. TV on wall but no aerial connected so was pointless. No toilet roll . It says check in from 3 but no instuctions on how to check were given until 5pm.

There is nothing to like…maybe just the location

I arrived at the property around 10 p.m. after driving for six long hours, only to be asked by the owner to “verify myself” for an apartment I had already booked three days earlier. I was left standing outside in the dark for almost half an hour before being allowed in — completely exhausted and frustrated. When I finally got inside, I was shocked by the condition of the place. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet was disgusting, and the bed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages — I honestly suspect there were bedbugs. The kitchen was dirty, with no sign that it had been properly cleaned or maintained. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a booking. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Save yourself the stress and avoid it at all costs!

Was a roof over head

The place was very dirty, especially the toilets. There was all sorts of stains and the lock of the door downstairs falls off. Our friend got locked in the toilet. There's no bins in the toilets so we had to put sanitary products in the kitchen bin. There was also really bad lighting, we had to use a torch to get to the keypad of the room and to go up the stairs inside. A lot of trip hazards like the carpet not being on properly. Overall an uncomfortable and dirty place, thankfully we were only in there to sleep.

Nothing. It was a disgrace to booking.com. I want a refund of my money.

The place was absolutely filthy,it had never seen a Hoover nothing had been wiped over in bathroom the mirror had goodness nose what running down it ,toilet bowl was brown obviously never cleaned. Both the basin and shower wastes were clogged with hair. No way was I going to have a shower. The bedroom had a funny smell. Obviously the windows had never been opened or air freshener used. Apart from that the location was awful and I was woken up several times to people fighting outside and kicking over wheely bins. When I booked on booking.com it said there was a private host and could I let them know what time I was expected to arrive at property. So I thought it meant there will be somebody there to let me in , how wrong could I be there was an incredibly complicated code system which you needed three different codes to get in. These codes hadn't been sent to me as I found out standing out in the street. Apparently I hadn't sent them copies of my driving license or passport with pictures on and without this they at first said they wouldn't give me the codes to get in. The first time i phoned it just went to an answering machine . I tried a second time after I started to panic as to where an earth I could sleep in Dundee at short notice . A man answered the phone and I assumed it was the owner but after talking Tom for a minute it became apparent he was in an office in London. Eventually he agreed to let me into the flat after sending numerous codes which didn't work. The other problem was I was standing in total darkness as the stairwell lights only come on for 30 seconds and then go off. Once the front door opened and I was allowed in my utter relief turn to shock when I found half a dozen other people already there and you needed guess what a code to get into your bedroom. You have been warned do not, do not stay at this property at any price.
