The room was warm and the bed was comfortable. The accessible bathroom was great.

All was as expected and well-organised

All good. Only issue was lack of a shower mat and found shower very slippery, particularly so for Oap with some mobility issues. Didn't realise one was available on request as was written on wall of room which we hadn't noticed till late on in stay. Might be better to be told at reception that rubber mats available on request.

I just didn’t realise it would have zero amenities, no shower cap etc, no green tea options no biscuits,no restaurant which was advertised , no lounge facilities which was also advertised. The only eggs for breakfast were scrambled and I’m dairy free so no breakfast had to go out for it.

Very good with enough choices between cooked and uncooked. Very clean linen.

No bath, no tooth mugs in bathroom. Would have liked a sort of bedside drawer or cupboard. However I did like the glass shelves. Could do with more coat hangers. I assume we could have asked for the use of an iron if needed.

Nice breakfast, plenty of choice. Nice room, good shower. Liked the security as you have to swipe your room key card to access floors/lift to rooms. Perfect location just above railway station. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved the bar very relaxing and with lovely big window looking out to V and A.

Location excellent, nice spacious room, spotlessly clean, nice modern interior.

Breakfast is poor and not worth the money, we had 1 morning then got a refund for the remaining 2 mornings of our stay. The fire alarm went off at 1.30am on our first night, all guests were stood outside for over 2 hrs in the cold. No hotel staff offered any updates, water or blankets. It took a fireman to suggest a roll call of guests, by this point we’d all been waiting outside for an hour. The younger staff didn’t seem bothered about providing any reassurance, guests were asking the fire brigade for updates when it should have been the hotel staff on duty. How would they have looked after guests if this was middle of winter and people are outside with no shoes and pyjamas on?

i had to change rooms 3 times due to various problems in the rooms. Basic things are missing - a glass in the bathroom, a phone to contact reception, a notepad and pen.
