Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate sachets plus biscuits or Pringles were in our room. Staff were friendly. We walked into Dundee City Centre and it took no more than 30 minutes strolling along the River Tay but there is also a bus stop nearby. Loads of free on street parking available around the hotel.
Would be nice to have wifi in the bedrooms. There was free wifi available downstairs in the communal living room and dining area and actually it was quite nice sitting in a decent armchair for some of the evening instead of sitting on the bed but it would have been nice to have wifi in the bedrooms as well.

Water and snacks welcome, desk welcome.
Lumpy pillows, small bathroom with no door.

There was no Wi-Fi, despite several requests to ask for it to be fixed. The welcome and the departure were disappointing as there seemed to be a lack of staff around at anytime.
