The location was very convenient for the university. On street parking close by.

It would have been good to have bacon as one of the options for the cooked breakfast.

Athollbank is a hidden gem just off a main road with great transport links to the station, central Dundee and the V&A. Behind the terrace facade was a warm welcome from our wonderful host, Robbie, a very comfortable room with attached private bathroom and a cosy breakfast room that guaranteed conversation between the guests. It was also available to heat meals at other times with access to crockery and a microwave. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. Our stay was comfortable, homely and relaxing all overseen with care by our host.

For our visit it was in a great location, a quiet area but only a short walk from the centre. We had the double room, with a comfy double and single bed. We had everything we needed for our short stay. The breakfast was good, and the owner was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property for other visitors.

Parking is on the street and wherever is available, it wasn't a problem for us as we just parked down the road a bit and walked up, but it's just something worth mentioning.
