I liked the friendly staff. They were helpful and polite. I’d give a 10 star except there were rude customers across from us who caused noise through the night. The staff were great with dealing with it!

Recommended for a city break

Fancied a random night away, seen the price and grabbed it (obviously cheaper for a Monday) and having stayed here previously for a celebration we knew what to expect. Staff are great and it's the perfect location for a trip to the city. Will certainly be back.

Perfect for our needs

The location was perfect for our requirements. Everything we had planned was within a 15 minute drive or taxi ride. Breakfast was great everything you needed to start the day.

Our only gripe, was the fact that there is a live music venue across the road and the noise and bass from the sound system went on until around 3am and it’s quite loud in the room we had. That said there is t much the hotel can do about it so just try to get some sleep?

It was ok. Glad we didn't do more than 1 night.

The staff were really lovely.

The room was small and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was awful. No vegetarian options with the cooked breakfast, the waffle maker just produced burnt crumbs, the selection of fresh fruit was limited. We've stayed in Hampton by Hiltons before and the breakfast has been great but this one was very disappointing. Also, we sat in the bar in the evening and despite seeing many lamps around the bar they weren't on, and sitting under the bright overhead lights made for a terrible atmosphere so we left early.

Relaxed check in comfortable reception area, plenty space for sitting relaxing etc, room clean tidy lovely bed linen bed comfy, TV a bit small but I'm being really picky there. Hotel clean throughout very big choice at breakfast with quality ingredients couldn't fault anything a really positive overnight stay and if in Dundee for anything else will definitely re book. Also all staff very welcoming and very efficient at what they do/provide.

Not bad for a 3-star hotel, the rooms are clean and in good condition. There is a grocery shop across the street. Ameneties available: shampoo, conditiomer, shower gel, hand wash, body lotion, iron, tissues, towels, kettle, tea bags, nescafe sachets, creamer, sugar (coffee bar items were not renewed throughout my stay)

I couldn't trust housekeeping service; in my 3-day stay, I am certain that they haven't changed the mugs and the cups that I used, they probably just wiped them or something and put them back again, because the cups and the mugs had the very same stains that I left them with. In additiom, room service is not available all the time, if you want something in the evening you have to go to the frontdesk yourself and get what you want. The breakfast is very basic: scrambled eggs, potatoes, beans, sausage, cereals, waffles. Ameneties unavailable: slippers, dental kit, bathrobe, water bottles, mini fridge

I loved the bathroom was lovely 🥰 my son loved his bed setee bed he fairly had a good nights sleep the breakfast was amazing

I felt uncomfortable and the person upstairs was making a racket and I couldn’t sleep and people banging doors in middle of night. I struggle with that sort of noises and makes my aniexty sometimes worse

We were disappointed that there was no proper restaurant dining in the evening. We wanted to sit down in the restaurant and have our evening meal but this wasn't available., only order at the bar meals like burgers etc.

The hotel was great, staff were on top form, the guys on the reception were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

The hotel was great but for two women on there own it was a bit out of the way & we felt a bit vulnerable when coming back to the hotel as the area was a bit run down.
