Above Dundee station, a Tesco and opposite the glorious river Tay. Staff were extremely pleasant and efficient. Hotel was spotless and quiet. Would 100% recommend this hotel when staying in Dundee.

Good location. Room nice but no fridge. Staff and breakfast really nice.

Cold rooms, heating not working. Rooms not cleaned each day, or fresh bedding as stated. Can hear toilets flushing all throigh thr night, not to mention the water dripping of something metal for 2 days
