Very disappointing! Not impressed, but it has potential

The sofa was comfy. Off Road parking for 2 cars and walking distance to uphill. Enclosed garden is great for dogs.

All comments from previous reviews haven’t been addressed! Had to ring the owner once we got to the house because the code for the key safe wasn’t shared before we arrived. The whole house was dusty and dirty with toothpaste still all over the bathroom sink and walls. The bathroom extractor fan doesn’t work and needs cleaning. The beds were so uncomfortable, not one bed is fit for purpose. There isn’t a double bed, it’s 2 singles put together with the hard frame in the middle. Told the owner about this in person after the first night and messaged about how dirty the house was when we arrived, but we had no response or a resolution over our 4 night stay. Had to sleep on the sofa to get any sleep. The plates and bowls are chipped and not enough. There are no blinds, only very thin curtains. The decor is very basic, no Christmas decorations or tree. The mugs are very cheap, the baking trays, chopping board had all seen better days. There are not enough utensils and crockery to cook a meal. No hoover was provided, we cleaned the dirty fridge and descaled the kettle ourselves. We left the house cleaner and in a much nicer condition than when we arrived. The noise of a digger next door by the owner early morning was unacceptable, our dog wouldn’t settle. No information book and no extra / spare key which would have been useful instead of using the key safe.

Ideal place for a quiet night, not too far from the city centre

Myself and 2 friends stayed here for 2 nights. A short taxi trip to get to the city centre or a brisk 30 minute walk. Didn't feel cramped and could've had a 4th person, was ideal for a place to stay when visiting the city. Quiet area

Great property for a family stay near Lincoln city centre

This place was great. About 20 minutes walk from cathedral but we took an Uber at £5 each way as we were running late. Cheaper than parking in city centre! House was spacious and lovely and clean, with very easy parking on the drive. Downstairs toilet and family bathroom upstairs were excellent. We would stay again.

Lovely overall

Spacious, clean, tidy, welcoming. Good parking space. Easy to find. Bedrooms were really nice size.

Needs a mirror in downstairs toilet plus small bins in all rooms. The wine glasses need to be stored on a lower shelf in the cupboard or provide a small stool ( we stood on a paint tin to get them down). We struggled a bit with the keysafe - a bit fiddly to use. We also had to buy loo roll as there was not enough provided. Also please tell people they need to bring their own hangars for their clothes.

Great house, great location.

Clean, modern, comfortable, and well equipped. Great off-street parking on the drive right outside the house. Only 20 minutes walk to Cathedral or 25 minutes to main shops.

Bedroom curtains would be better if lined as let a lot of light through early in the morning.

A super comfy place to lay our heads after the UB40 concert.

1.2 mile walk into the city. Beautiful house, super clean and the bedding was fresh and clean. Gorgeous kitchen, comfy sofa. Fan provided in bedroom (very much needed due to the heatwave) Hosts happily accommodated my request for a slightly earlier check in too, thanks so much :)

The house was very clean and ideal location for RAF Waddington. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, they responded quickly to any questions I had. I Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable 2 bedroom new house on outskirts of City centre

Lovely dog friendly semi detached new house on quiet housing estate. Free off road parking, extra bed in main bedroom, well equipped kitchen and lounge, handy second downstairs toilet, all very clean and comfortable. No extra hidden charge for taking a dog.

Unusual small rear garden which is actually just loose stones, good fun watching my dog tiptoe across it.

Nice little short term stay

The location is a short walk to the City and is generally well decorated

The mattresses on all three beds are very thin, both children and ourselves found them to be uncomfortable. Be warned, there's also no blind in the upstairs window which can cause some modesty issues.

The house was modern, well designed and featured everything a home would have. It was exceptional. For two of us, the cost was wonderful value compared to the cheapest hotel. Highly recommended. Car parking was available. Overall second to none. You won't be disappointed

A perfectly located house to explore Lincoln.

The property was perfectly situated, very clean and the cooker, etc eay to use and the shower nice and powerful. The beds are also very comfy. It would be helpful to have a notice as to what to put in which bin to help with the recycling as we weren't sure, so it all went in the bin in the kitchen. A couple of additional kitchen implements like a spatula, corkscrew, and bottle opener would have been handy. Luckily, we had a camping tool with a bottle opener on. The weather was lovely and a couple of garden chairs to sit in the garden would have been great. We would definitely book again.
