Lovely to have a welcome box. The property was clean and well supplied with cutlery and crockery. Great communication from Natalia and ideal location for visiting my sister who lived locally.

The beds could have been a bit more comfortable but not complaining

Really close to Lincoln. Bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Could park outside property.

Little bit noisy in the front bedrooms as right on a busy road. Creaky old floorboards.

The location was really good and with easy access to the castle and cathedral. Very easy to walk to the castle and all flat. There was a small Co-op nearby which was good enough for a few supplies but not enough for a week long stay if you intend to eat at the house.

The photos on booking.com do not give you the overall picture of the property and bedrooms. There are no sofas in the kitchen/dining area and these have been replaced with a dining table and chairs. There wasnt a lounge for us to relax in because it made up one of the bedrooms. The bedrooms on the 2nd floor where not fit for 2 adults in each room. I'm only 5'5'' and I had to crawl from the bottom of the bed to get in it due to the eaves being so low overhead. Plus the bed wasnt even on a proper bed frame. The mattress was about 6'' off the floor. Would not recommend the property unless there are children in these 2 bedrooms.
