Good weekend break destination

Nice clean modern apartment only 10 minutes walk from the centre. Easy to find with good access and parking.

Very basic provision of utensils and equipment. The shower was in need of repair and the TV didn’t work very well as it relied on the Internet which kept dropping out frequently.

Clean, good value, and in a great location

A good value flat that's in an ideal location to explore Lincoln. Clean, warm, and comfortable, with easy to use heating controls. Everything looks fairly new and shiny. For those that want to eat in there is a well appointed kitchen, with a small supermarket over the road. The free parking is a real bonus, too. WiFi did the job required, and was reliable. The hosts are excellent. The phone was answered within a few rings, and they were very polite and helpful.

There were a few issues with the flat, the biggest is that there seems to be very little soundproofing between Apartment 1 and the one above. We didn't think the people above were being rowdy at all, but we could hear a lot of noise through the ceiling such as conversation, footfall, and use of sinks, toilets e.t.c. Ventilation could be better. We could smell cigarette smoke in the toilet on arrival, and a strong smell of bacon in the kitchen/living area. Neither of which completely left during our stay and, being on the ground floor, we couldn't leave a window open while we were out to allow it to clear. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work due to water leakage from the flat above. The host was unaware of this, so more 'one of those things' than a sign of anything else. Completely a matter of taste, but the decor is very much the 'neutral grey' that you tend to see these days in purpose built rentals. The bed area is a little cramped, but nothing you don't get used to. But could be an issue for people who are struggling with mobility. Far from the worst thing I've seen outside of a window, but a baked potato is one of the more remarkable. Could do with a sweep :)

Lovely apartments

Access was easy & apartments were very clean, well stocked with towels, glasses, washing pods. Location was great with a Sainsbury’s across the road, a nice coffee shop down the road & 20 min walk to the cathedral. Lots of parking along the road if you have more than one car for the car park.

Nothing really. I would just note that apartment 3 is accessed from the back of the house, compared to the other apartments which are through the front (as a group booking it would have been good to have been made aware/put in 4,5 & 6 together)

Wifi not working Host didn’t reply promptly when called or texted regarding WiFi , replied saying it was due to weather ! Hairs on pillow and bedding was not fresh . Virtually a handful of handwash in bathroom

Great location, modern stylish apartment would stay again

Great size modern apartment with all extras included like dishwasher tablets, tea and coffee facilities as well as car parking. Great location, 10 min walk to city centre. Would stay again. And hosts also facilitated all our requests with a quick response.

My mum and dad stayed in apartment 4 bedroom on front and found the road quite noisy, but this did not impact our stay.

A lovely apartment in a good location

It's in a very good location and has on site parking. The apartment is done out to a high standard and is very spacious. The host was easily contactable and helped sort out a minor problem with the heating which was easily sorted.

Booked as a result of the good feedback reviews, my personal opinion is good but could have been better.

Ideal location for my purposes, well appointed property.

Sadly, crockery and microwave unclean from previous clients. Toilet seat insecure and pop-up waste on wash basin leaking resulting in water draining away during use….. There were some contractors staying in another apartment at the property and when leaving in the mornings around 6am banged their van doors in the car park and left the engine running and the radio blaring away until his colleague joined him around 15 minutes later, inconsiderate or what?

A well-equipped place close to the city centre

Excellent amenities, good kitchen-dining area. Bedrooms faced the quiet side of the building. Location is excellently exploring the city. Very friendly host. Good parking.

I was unable to sleep sufficiently well on the box spring mattress together with my husband, so I migrated to the sofa half way through the night. But for those who aren’t sensitive to bouncy mattresses, this place is stellar!

Great trip to historical Lincoln

The property was excellent, spotlessly clean, tea coffee provided, parking just outside the flat and superb location,

There was no hot water which we didn’t realise until the morning so no chance of getting hold of the owners, do not let me put you off booking this apartment as it is excellent but very disappointing we could not shower

Stunning apartment, modern decor, immaculately clean. Spacious bedrooms and only a short walk to the city centre. The parking space is also a huge bonus. Hosts respond quickly to any queries, clear instructions were given prior to arrival.

This was one of the best places we have stayed at in Lincoln, close to the center, easy to find, lovely rooms, could not get any better. The rooms were big, the kitchen was fully equipped.

The property is well located and equipped. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Good room for a family.

The road outside is being resurfaced. The owners would have been aware of this and been informed of any disruptive works. On the night we stayed there was overnight work. This was still going at 4 am. It was right outside the window and was causing the whole house to shake. It was extremely noisy and none of our party got any sleep. Completely ruined our visit.

Ideal for visit to Lincoln.

Location good. Two minutes walk to buy, and ten to water front bars and restaurants. Our flat was to the back of the house so no road noise. The High street and steep hill 15 minutes walk.

Clean room and nice looking place. We had the whole ground floor so suited our needs perfectly.

The TV didn't seem to work. I turned on but the remote didn't do anything. Toilet seat was slipping around. Shower was difiicult to raise up due to damage. Bed was a bit lumpy (room 1)

The property was clean throughout, exactly as described and pictured. Biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar was left for us. They had wifi and lots of apps to use on the TV. Also the option of an early check in for a little extra charge was wonderful due to us going to a concert later on and needing the extra time. The host answered my messages straight away about any concerns or questions I had. The check in/ check out was straight forward. Overall a brilliant stay at a lovely place. Highly recommend 🥰

Compact, modern and clean. Everything worked, no issues. Ground floor, and has a free parking space. Close to city to be able to walk everywhere, and there’s a Sainsbury’s over the road. Big smart TV, comfortable bed, good shower. Has a washing machine.

Location convenient, quiet area, everything you could need in the apartment. We were only there shortly so only used the kettle and the fridge :)

One bedroom on ground floor had a large window which was not possible to open (just solid glass - appreciate ground floor so for security) - led to the room being a bit too warm!

Fab weekend in a good location with all amenities

Clean location well fitted out Very easy to find with great directions from owners, one bed apartment a short walking distance to town (about) 10 mins, lovely little pub A few hundred yards down the road does food has garden. The apartment well fitted out with everything you would need, spotlessly clean, tea coffee and little milk sachets until you pop to shop and there is a Sainsbury’s local just across the road. We came to see a band at new theatre royal and had a great weekend. Wifi great, TV had everything on there if you needed it. Nothing negative to say at all.

The apartment itself was lovely, however if you want a peaceful nights sleep I wouldn’t recommend.

Easy to locate and good location and very clean. Couldn’t fault the hosts.

Noisy guests constant banging all night and intercom being called every half hour for people wanting to be let in. This felt like a party place, not somewhere to stay if you want a quiet relaxing nights sleep. Definitely be aware of this before you stay as I didn’t expect it to be that loud.
