Excellent location with parking spaces outside. Situated by quiet canal walkway into centre of Lincoln (about 15 mins to eateries of Brayford Pool area).Door access code arrived by message ahead of arrival.
We appreciated the provision of tea-bags, milk etc in kitchen & soap, shower gels etc in bathrooms. Hallway table had tourist leaflets inc map/info on places of interest in Lincoln.
Bedrooms might benefit from bedside lamps. Maybe a plug-in fan for lounge, as we happened to be there during a true heatwave, where temperatures were exceeding 30 degrees! That said, we used the blinds, depending upon the direction of the sun, which certainly helped.

Spotlessly clean property, fully furnished, generous sized living room/dining room.
Very comfortable mattress.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Lovely shower in the main bathroom.
Not a lot of space to manoeuvre around the beds.

Easy to find, easy to access the property. The up keep and cleanliness is not up to standard. Dust around the TV stand, cups for coffee was dirty so didn't havr coffee. Streaks from wiping cupboard etc all over furniture. The cupboard next to tv stand was peeling apart. Main bathroom mirror was hanging on with blue tack in each corner. Towel rail in maim bathroom was hanging on by loose screws. Also en suite room window wouldn't close?
