Great location. Lovely place to stay. Comfortable beds.
Small attention to detail is needed. Mould in the en suite shower, Mirrors held on with blue tack, towel rail falling off in main bathroom, plates etc in kitchen were dirty. A secondary lock on the inside would have made us feel more secure.

Lincoln was a very nice historical city. We really enjoyed our time there. Our accommodation was excellent. It was by the canal and within easy walking distance of the city. Host was very kind. We would definitely go back again and recommend it to everyone.

Pristine, quiet and comfortable. Great location by the canal and an easy walk into the centre. Super easy check in with the door code too!

Easy to find, easy to access the property. The up keep and cleanliness is not up to standard. Dust around the TV stand, cups for coffee was dirty so didn't havr coffee. Streaks from wiping cupboard etc all over furniture. The cupboard next to tv stand was peeling apart. Main bathroom mirror was hanging on with blue tack in each corner. Towel rail in maim bathroom was hanging on by loose screws. Also en suite room window wouldn't close?
