With two beautifully furnished bedrooms, spacious interiors, and spectacular views of Lincoln Common, this delightful apartment promises an unforgettable stay for all who venture through its doors.
The Treehouse apartment is situated in the West End of Lincoln a stones throw from the West Common a wide open green space with lots of walking trails and horses.
You are greeted into an entrance hallway where stairs take you to the first floor accommodation.
The accommodation compromises of
- large fully equipped kitchen
- Shower room
- Twin bedroom (can be made as a double)
- Master bedroom
-Spacious landing
- Large open plan living dining room
The property is perfectly situated within walking distance of
- the historic uphill Bailgate Area of Lincoln
- the cosmopolitan area of Brayford Wharf
- the City of Lincoln
You have full access to the whole apartment.
We work withing the restaurant downstairs, and only live a few minutes away so can be on hand at short notice should you need anything during your stay.
The apartment is situated in the West end of Lincoln, overlooking The Common which is a must visit for a scenic walk. The city centre is a 15 minute walk away, a many pubs and restaurants are within walking distance including The Sycamore which is below the accommodation.
On street parking with supplied permit
The tree house AirBnb is situated above a small neighbourhood cafe called The Sycamore.
It opens daily during the day for coffee and breakfast, then in the evening on Thursday/Friday/Saturday and last table is seated by 9pm, so should cause minimal disruption.
If you want to make a reservation for breakfast, lunch, diner or one of our cracking Sunday roasts then just let us know
