The kitchen is a well designed space which is fully equipped with all of the everyday essentials. There is an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and a washing machine.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
The main bathroom is nice and spacious and has a bath with a shower head, a toilet and a sink.
Please note: There are steep stairs to get to the entrance of the property and to the bedrooms.

*A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is required prior to check-in. We take a hold on your card for your deposit (similar to how a hotel when you check-in) every 5 days (because they do not last longer than that). Some bank accounts show this as a transaction and some show it as a hold. However, the hold will not be charged by us unless you are in breach of our terms and conditions.
* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.
* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.
PARKING:
The parking is for permit holders only between Monday and Saturday 8am -6pm. We would recommend parking in The Lawn Car Park.
